I've just read that the opening poster tends to be more of a weapon user rather than a caster.
Make sure your warp projectile hits target. Shoot target in the head with weapon of choice.
Because you are an adept (known for being very squishy) stick to short bursts. Semi-automatic weapons work wonders with warp.
Do you have warp ammo as bonus power or Liara's squad warp ammo then?
Because if you do, you can turn this adept into a gun tooting warp spamming biotic comando.
This is actually a very effective build for people who prefer guns to power combos.

It's definetly a tough battle. I only did it with my sentinel on hardcore so far, and I took tali and wrex.

i would reccomend bringing EDI. She can overload everyone's sheilds very easily and use her incinerate + your warp for fire explosions. Then you can use throw to detonate biotic explosion. James is another good squadmate to bring (carnage + ammo power). Not sure how decoy works on the clone, but it works preaty well in mirror mode at armax arena.

Not too easy.
One of the toughest fights, until you face mirror match:devil:

But yeah, not easy to strip off the armor.

I had it where overload (with the 100% damage to sheilds evo) can strip the clone's sheilds and CAT6 paladin sheilds with one shot. I also had a lot of power damage bonuses. I noticed when stripping CAT6 infiltrator and Brook's sheilds that they can still cloak.. which, now that I think of it, makes sense..

That's what incinerate is for.
Taking care of the armor... oh wait they have medigel!
