In a conversation, I combined three lines of dialogue into a single cutscene. As an intermediate step, I generated individual dummy cutscenes for each line and then cut and paste the generated poses and gestures from each into the finished product. So far, so good. I can even tell the conversation editor to skip the other lines, so they won't be repeated. However, now I can't delete the dummy cutscenes, even when they are checked in, because they are connected to a line in the conversation file. The reference to the cutscene is grayed out, so there seems to be no way to disassociate that line with the cutscene (or even to replace it with another cutscene. It's not ruining anything, but the extra cutscenes are just cluttering things up after I've combined them into one. Any ideas?

Have you checked in the cutscene they are associated with as well as the dummys? Not sure if that will make a difference but I seem to remember having troubles deleting things and if I recall I had to check in both the things to be deleted and the thing they were associated with.

I think I can cut it if I delete the second line of dialogue (which has a dummy cutscene, but is animated in the main cutscene associated with line one). So if I delete that line, I can delete the dummy cutscene, but then I will have to rewrite the line and re-insert the new version of the old line of dialogue into the main cutscene. /sigh
