I just finished the main Citadel DLC mission but I am having some trouble with some of the stuff afterwards.

The first problem is I have spoken to Grunt, Wrex, Zaeed, and Shepards mom and done the Thane memorial service but I have not receieved anymore emails to meet anyone else. I have run around the DLC areas several times looking to see if there is anyone I have missed and have had no luck and I have received no furthur emails. 

The next problem I am having is Miranda and Samara don't show up for the party invitations and neither of them are available to unlock at the Arena. Samara might be unavailable because I haven't done the monastery mission yet but Miranda I just had the third conversation where you meet her in the Presidium. 

The final problem I am having is although I got over 9999 points in the Armax arena I have not gotten the email about the armor and I am unable to claim it. I received the Simulated Hero achievement so I know I got enough points. 

Has anyone else experienced any of these issues? Am I doing something wrong or is my game just really bugged? Thanks in advance for your help.

In order to meet up with Samara you have to do the Monastery first, and talk with her on the Citadel. After she has done all the interactions from the usual game she will continue with the dlc-material.

just do some missions between and you get more mails, the citadel DLC will be finished with the party, so do that at the very end. I would recommend to make the party right before you go to the cerberus station...

The party was actually one of the first few things I did. You can keep playing the DLC, including receiving new emails/invites, after the party.

In order for Miranda to make an appearance, I'm pretty sure Horizon must be completed. It kind of sucks, but that's the way it is.

Just to add a little bit. I couldn't get Ashley, Cortez, or Tali to send me messages but then realized I hadn't talked to them on the Citadel (Non DLC area) Right after I spoke with them I received messages from them, so maybe try that out.

I know you must finish the Rannoch arc for Tali. I do not know if her little spat with the Turian and her reminiscing about being shot are requirements.

Samara - talk to on the Citadel after the monastery mission.

Jacob - talk to in the hospital after the scientists mission.

Jack - Meet in Purgatory after the coup

Cortez. - Meet him twice (actually not sure if meeting him again in Purgatory is needed) on the Citadel

Zaeed - Meet back up with in the refugee area after the ambassador quest

Miranda - complete Sanctuary.

Wrex and Joker do not send invites but you can find (randonly) their hang out points at the bar in the casino where you buy the party supplies.

Doing more missions seems to be working to trigger the emails. Thanks for the help guys.

Are you also able to enter the Normandy without getting the DLC end sequence?
