Oh no, you made the RGB-lovers mad.
Do you mean me? Why would I be mad over fanfiction?
There's a whole website for it, so that would be a pointless endeavor on my part. The main difference with MEHEM is that they were able to animate theirs using in-game assets and distribute it to PC-version users.
is it possible to get MEHEM on xbox 360

No, and it's clearly not needed. You can download the Extended Cut for free, which is a DLC that fixes everything.

Anything that fixes issues in a game is considered a patch in my book. Look at the bug squashing paches for Skyrim you can find on Steam. Made by fans not devs.

Finally!!!! Better show us PC gamers some respect!!!
seriously PC is so much better, we can even have HQ texture mods as well, but the puny consoles can't handle something that good!!!
lol just joking people, having a little fun even though I really do prefer playing games on PC. The only reason I got a PS3 is for the God of War series and Heavy Rain. haha

OP, you don't need the PC version to read fanfiction. Just watch a youtube video of it and mentally insert your own Shepard's face - it has just as much effect on the game's actual endings as installing a mod would anyway.
Odd, I take a very real sense of satisfaction away from seeing MEHEM unfold in my game without tabbing to desktop, as well as my Shepards being there right on the screen. If you are talking about the fancy pages long reading required to 'enjoy' the finale as shipped, I can certainly concur.
At any rate, if any XBox360-owners are willing to give the method posted by corsair a try, feel free to give feedback either in the main-thread inside Fan Creations on this board or visit over yonder on the ME3Explorer-boards:

They (BioWare) should make a version for the consoles, and a polished one for the PC. Then I'd probably be interested in their DLC.
Wouldn't take much effort or resources.
I am no expert, but I guess there are some copyright laws prevent BW from marketing it. I doubt the company will invest the effort and get the rights from the original maker of MEHEM.
And unless the original designer of MEHEM is a very skilled programmer, I doubt he can make XBox mods, if he was even interested.

Except the issues you have with the ending are subjective. And MEHEM is not a patch.

If the ending issues are sybjective than mehem being a patch must be a matter of opinion also.
Personally I think the breath scene is a bug.
And even if you can't agree on mehem patch being a matter of opinion. It is a patch for me, because while you might not see it as a game patch.. It did patch this Mass Effect fangirl's broken heart.

Can't say I'm willing to void an entire console for sake of one game.cfs3corsair wrote...
Ok just an update here... Exeider needs testers to try and implement MEHEM using modio. For anybody interested in doing this, drop by the me3explorer forums where there is technical support. This is not a proven method and needs testers, anyone willing to help would be much appreciated
Here is the quote
Exeider wrote...
"I have made some progress regarding getting DLC on non JTAG consoles, but I need more people to test to figure this out. please let me know if you can create a valid DLC file with your mod, I also want to try to see if any valid console ID will work or if the file literally has to be compiled on a box by box basis. in which case I will have to figure out some kind of automation where people enter their console IDs and some sort of web paged program will auto compile it for them. I don't know yet, I'm hoping there is a generic console ID I can use but again this requires more testing. Try this out and let me know your results.
Things You Need: [Provided Below]
Modio [or Horizon (its Better for me)]
Live To Con Converter
USB Stick 2GB+ (more = better Smile)
DLC of your choice
Step 1. Format Your USB stick in your xbox by going into Settings > Memory > Configure
Step 2. Once configured go into your xbox hard drive and *COPY* [NOT Move] a file from games [Example a weapons pack, etc]
Step 3. Eject the USB from The Xbox and insert it into your computer and open Modio
Step 4. In Modio Select Explore Device once that window opens
Step 5. Click File > Open/Close Drive and it will open your USB
Step 6. Navigate to the Gamesave/content and right click and select Open In Resigner
Step 7. Copy Your Device ID Into a Notepad or whatever seems best fit. [THIS IS CRUCIAL]
Step 8. Find Your DLC and insert that into your USB Drive through Device Explorer on Modio
Note: You Will Notice Under Type Live < THIS is what the non jtag consoles need to change.
Step 9. Remove the Live DLC from your USB
Step 10. Open Live To Con Converter Then Open Your DLC file.
Step 11. It will configure everything for you. Once Finished you can close the Live To Con Converter
Step 12. Once Converted Open Modio and Select Open A Save and Select the Newly Converted DLC
Step 13. In The Device ID portion you will notice 0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 paste YOUR copied device ID > Rehash and Resign > Save To Device/OR Drag into the content appropriate folder [easily found since we copied a content file from the xbox itself]
Step 14. Plug USB into xbox and transfer the new DLC back over!
Step 15. Enjoy!"
I repeat, this is not proven. Do so at your own risk, although you doing it and REPORTING RESULTS would be much appreciated
This should not cause copyright issues as you are not modifying the xbox OS and BW has stated they are OK with SP mods

Patch
MEHEM is not a patch. It's a mod. Or fan-made DLC.
