EDIT*  So I've heard this is not actually a Kaidan specific issue, other people have reported it with Garrus/Liara/Steve/Ashley

So I was replaying the party scene and went with a quiet evening instead of a loud one and Kaidan's head went full on exorcist mode:

I asked on tumblr if anyone else was having this problem and numerous people are reporting the same thing.  I've heard it's happening for some people's femsheps as well.  It's affecting people playing on Xbox 360 as well as PS3 so there's not much hope for us to fix it on our own.

I also then noticed that the scene on the Normandy before the cerberus base is now glitching on all of my save files (even ones that have not experienced the citadel party).  The eyes keep rolling back into their heads and every which way, there are also now issues with their mouths not moving during dialogue.  This scene was working perfectly fine until the last patch.




Please Bioware, I know that you're done with making new content for this series but  I payed a lot of money for these games and having my favorite scenes completely ruined is a huge let down.  Some kind of fix is needed for this.

I had exactly the same happen to me on xbox! With Kaidan and femshep and during the party scene!

That happened to me too on PS3. I went back to the Kaidan love scene before the Citadel DLC and all those glitches you mentioned were there.

The exorcist head also happened to Garrus in the picture.  It fixes itself on the TV screen at the very least.

I just checked my pre-Cronos romance scenes and I'm getting the exact same weird eye and lip sync issues T.T please, someone fix this. I can try get pics on my phone if need be, but its difficult with the xbox. Man, this totally pulled my happy rug from the Citadel DLC out from under me...

A patch won't fix this....We need Ghostbusters.

I've noticed these issues before the dlc was released. Deleting the updates fixed the problem. So it might be the last patch that messed things up, or even going as back as downloading Omega? I don't know.

I believe clearing your xbox system cache will delete game updates. This should tell you how to do it:
support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/clear-system-cache

Edit: if you do try this, please tell us if it resolves the issue for you!

Happened with Ash on PS3 too, also the mouth synching is all screwed up too at the start of the love scene. It was wierd:alien:.

Go to your hardrive storage and go to your Mass Effect 3 files. One File will read "Mass Effect 3 title update". Delete that, though doing so deletes all updates they've ever released. Can always redownload it whenever you want.

This was also happening to me before I installed Citadel DLC - with my mShep / Kaidan romance scene. Bugged eyes and mismatched lipsyncing.

I tried to delete my XBox's Mass Effect 3 Title Update and the problem still lingers...

Well clearing the sytem cache didn't work and I'm hesitant to delete the title updates because 1. It isn't working for everyone 2. I don't want any other potential issues the updates fixed to crop up 3. re-downloading it or omega might not fix the issue since it seems a number of people are having the issue and I fear it's an issue with the download itself....

I think it's been mentioned that things have been freaking out since the last patch (title update, or whatever you call it)?

I don't remember seeing anything like this playing through Citadel with PC 1.05, though I wasn't paying real close attention to the stuff happening before the DLC, and I quit playing after finishing up the new content.

Hopefully you can get it sorted. They've said that there are no further patches planned, so I doubt it will ever get fixed on their end.
