@ ViridityJemina point taken, just don't get your hopes up.

Someone here have an account on reddit? If they do, maybe make a post at r/masseffect and let them know about this weird issue.

Yeah I'm not going to but worth a try. I don't have reddit but I think one of my friends does? I'll ask him later tonight and see if he can post on there. I can say that I have posted a link to here and the Answer HQ both on facebook and on tumblr. Don't know if anyone else wishes to do the same.

I put to the test the graphical glitch for a third playthrough of the citadel dlc mission...i think i accidentally pressed a button while running texmod. i hope this is the case. To be clear viridity jemina i was not having a go at you at all..if that why you not responded to me- i was and am just critical of some pple making assumptions bout my attitude etc...and labelling words that i do not reflect actions i do.

I on your 'side' mate- i think this topic is very important as it highlights the repetitious issue that too many dlc's in me3 have had which is glitches.

Anomaly or irregularity that it was for the specific problem i had, nevertheless i maintain that bioware really need to do more to show their fans they address our concerns...esp when it comes to glitches.

I as grateful as you Viridity so do not worry i agree with you and the forum - just in future please do not mistake whenever you come across someone in your topic with strong views that it simply they like i am are very forthcoming for 'raging' there is a massive difference.

I would not endorse anything of that type of behavior on this website.

I like to think even nobody is anti-bioware here. Indeed i like to think minus the vile disgusting 'violent' behavior from the facebook campaign - as hugely disappointing the ending was that nobody here would ever abuse any company no matter how many flaws there are in their product.

I still strongly feel and i mean dont you all? that it a matter of value for money is there much harm in asking you all is it value for money when there as many major glitches that impact directly on elements of the campaign in mass effect3? Using what you discuss with citadel dlc what i appreciate about this topic OP and viridity is that it encapsulates the broader picture of a littany of major glitches that really take away from the integrity and value of the story based experience right?

For instance when some of you talk about Kaidan, and going cross-eyed- (i due to examine that myself to see if it happens to me on next femshep playthrough). it distracting from the story or the moment in that scene that you want to engage with but you get distracted.

Converseldy with OMEGA dlc when aria makes her rallying cry to inspire her followers it takes away our focus from her speech as we are distracted by her skipped cinematics,

And of course where audio cuts out in some dialogue scenes on the normandy like with traynor and on the citadel heads turn 180 deg how can bioware or any game company let these things go unnoticed in development phase? we right to ask and wonder aren't we?

Some real glaring oversights. dont you think these could be avoideD?

Ok, I was planning on not carrying on this conversation but let me explain something to you: normally, I would have disregarded your initially statement and let you say what you wanted to say, but I found it quite rude that you claimed people were falsely accusing YOU of being rude when there was no instance of it. Please scroll back to previous posts: I saw nothing being directed at you until I initiated. I also don’t appreciate being told how to feel about Bioware. I don’t like being told I’m in an abusive relationship with them nor that I should feel outraged about these glitches (especially not with regards to every single glitch, the only one I'm concerned about atm is the lip sync + eye glitch in the romance scene, I can live with the others). I LIKE Bioware: playing their games assisted me in getting through a tough time in my life and I’d like to give them a chance to fix this before wasting the energy getting angry – energy that I can put towards getting some type of response. So please consider this when stating what you think true fans should feel because it came across as patronizing.

Your right: I shouldn’t have judged you for your strong approach and I apologize, but I work a customer service job and I can promise you, the strong approach will often not get you far. Customers that come up to me claiming I’m incompetent will not entice me to assist them. Mistakes happen, and I’m an empathetic person, so I don’t enjoy being judged to harshly. So I’d like to give the same courtesy, especially when I have friends who have just entered the game industry who would take such harsh words to heart. Some of them happen to be coders and texturers btw; it’s a thankless job, so I feel for them.

Tl;dr: I’d like to focus on getting a response rather than argue at this point. I think we have each stated our opinions on things and let's leave it at that.

Now, I’m going to end this conversation if you please, by asking a couple of questions and if you would be so kind
to respond ONLY to the following questions: Do you use texmod for modding Mass Effect on PC? And have you experienced the lip sync + eyes glitches stated in the OP?

Good man. Cause it looks like no one cares at the moment but wait until they do a replay someday with one of the affected love interests...

You know I was just thinking, is anyone going, or know anyone going, to PAX East next week? Bioware is suppose to have a booth there, right? Maybe someone can be brave enough to mention this issue to them face to face?

Yeah someone put this up on reddit. We might get more attention that way. I think most bioware staff try to avoid BSN nowadays. Don't blame them, they do often get allot of needless crap.

Awesome, good to know. So we have this up on reddit, tumblr, the ME facebook page and Answer HQ. Did any manage to get in contact with anyone on twitter?

Edit: Do you think you could link the reddit thread here? Maybe people who have account can go in an upvote it.

I just checked out the Mass Effect subreddit, and I couldn't find a post about this.

I've also seen minimal twitter activity from everyone except Jessica Merizan. I wonder if they're on vacation or something.

I just tweeted at Jessica from my (private) twitter account and linked her to this thread. Haven't seen much of anyone else around either.

FYI, I'm a PC user, Kaidan/FemShep romancer who does not use TexMod. I've experienced the visual glitches; haven't noticed audio being out of sync, but I've only replayed the main romance scene once since the 1.05 patch.

...Think it's too much to hope for them to fix it with the upcoming MP patch?

Jack's scene is purty awkward too. Their heads are all awkward when they kiss. o.O

Did Jack's scene change since the latest patch? Or was it always like that?

Thank you so much for taking the time to tweet her. :)

I think we should give them a chance to offically respond to the issue before giving up ALL hope of a fix - I mean I don't think this is a small glitch they can ignore, it's pretty glaring; and the it's just gonna keep coming up in the tech forums as new people play the game. I'm in the queue for a EA game advisor again because, as I expected, re-dowloading the updates, as thye suggested, didn't fix the issue on xbox. Now I want to see what they suggest the next step being.

Not a problem! Haven't had a response yet, but I don't think it was much of a good time to tweet her, she's not feeling well and it looked like some people had been giving her a hard time. I'd encourage anyone else with Twitter accounts to @ some of the other BioWare employees on Twitter - in, of course, a friendly and polite fashion.

Ok, and update on my adventures with the EA game advisors. I got back in touch with them and explained that re-downloading the updates didn't work for me. He even asked for a link to the HQ answer thread, which I provided. After assuring him the the me fiddling with the updates didn't work, he stated that it might be a bug with the patch (no ****!) and that it was a little beyond his ability to resolve. He provided me with the phone number to their tech specialist, who I plan to call either tomorrow or Friday. He also informed me to tell them that I had an 'escalated' case so I could be directed to the appropriate team. Crossing my fingers this may get the ball rolling!

Wow you are awesome, thanks for taking the time to look into it.  Hopefully this means I wont have to awkwardly nag people at PAX if they're aware of this.

lol, no problem. It's the least I can do. It not like I don't have any inherently selfish motives. :P Getting this bug fixed means I can go back to fangirling over the romance cutscenes again!
I'm crossing my fingers the phone conversation goes well. I'll keep you folks updated.

Edit: I still think it's a good idea to keep spreading the word of the BSN and HQ thread though: be it through reddit, tumblr, etc. It probably wouldn't hurt to still try to contact people via twitter. idk, I prefer to divide and conquer then solely hope my conversations with EA techs will be fruitful. :/

Ruin certain scenes? Or make them better?

Maybe they just wanted the rest of the game to be a laugh like the Citadel dlc and endings.

DON'T CALL THEM! You wont get anywhere doing it that way, and all you will be doing is wasting your money on a phone call. The live team at EA basically refer most matters onto the "specialist" as they are just incompetent themselves. You're free to try, but I've been down that route before and I've come back empty with nothing to show for it other than a damned expensive phone call.

They usually provide a Skype number you can call for free (if not, ask them), so phone bill shouldn't be an issue.
