After whole ME3 DLC cycle I doubt that BioWare using testers anymore... each DLC came out broken, bugged or managed to broke something - it´s just ridiculous.

Ok, and update on my adventures with the EA game advisors. I got back in touch with them and explained that re-downloading the updates didn't work for me. He even asked for a link to the HQ answer thread, which I provided. After assuring him the the me fiddling with the updates didn't work, he stated that it might be a bug with the patch (no ****!) and that it was a little beyond his ability to resolve. He provided me with the phone number to their tech specialist, who I plan to call either tomorrow or Friday. He also informed me to tell them that I had an 'escalated' case so I could be directed to the appropriate team. Crossing my fingers this may get the ball rolling!

DON'T CALL THEM! You wont get anywhere doing it that way, and all you will be doing is wasting your money on a phone call. The live team at EA basically refer most matters onto the "specialist" as they are just incompetent themselves. You're free to try, but I've been down that route before and I've come back empty with nothing to show for it other than a damned expensive phone call.

Well, calling them is more productive the sitting around here complaining about the incompetence of EA/Bioware. I won't know what the outcome will be until I give it a try - and if that means apparently wasting some money, I'll take that blow so I can tell everyone else it did or didn't work. As I've mentioned before, until someone officially comes out and say
'no, we're not fixing this', I plan to keep trying to contact someone
about the issue. Call me foolish but I plan to be stubborn about this.

Disregard: I apparently posted twice. :P

I have been very busy these past few days and did not have much time just now to read everything that has been written since I last visited this thread.

Just a quick post to extend my heartfelt thanks to all who are continuing to do what they can to get Bioware's attention regarding this issue.

I wish I could do more to assist in this effort (outside of what I've already contributed), but I'm up to my ears in alligators at present.   (If I have some time in the near future - I don't know if I will in the next few weeks - but if I get the opportunity, I will try to do more.)

We may not get a fix, but we won't know if we don't try.  Again, many thanks...

Somebody try PM Chris Priestly. He probably won't say much or say that they are done with ME3, but it's worth a try.

FWIW, I did tweet Michael Gamble about this issue - didn't receive a reply. Kind of feel weird going through personal Twitters as opposed to official venues, but since EA has crowdsourced their support to their fanbase with Answer HQ...there aren't really true official venues anymore.

If my talks with Answer HQ isn't fruitful I'll move onto PMing Chris Priestly if no one else is willing. :)

Appreciate the effort though, I know it's a bit akward to do so. But yeah,  there's doesnt seem to be any clear venue of contact any besides delving onto personal social feeds. :( I think as long as we're polite and not confrontational, they won't mind. :)

Aside from trying to contact someone from Bioware, people can help by alerting any ME-playing friends to this issue as well to see if they experience the problem. (Even if they haven't dusted off their copy all year.) The more that we can demonstrate this is widespread, the better chance of it being addressed in some way.

i experienced terrible lipsyncing during ashleys romance scene right before cronos. It fixed up after the first dialogue wheel showed up. did the same thing after the nightmare as well.

Notes:
-Played with the latest patch, and the EC (no citadel, omega, leviathan, or from ashes installed)
-Played on xbox 360 250 GB slim

This had to happen at the VERY END of the development cycle, didn't it? When nobody is playing the campaign anymore, and the ME dev staff has all moved on to other things.

If this had happened 6 months ago, or a year ago, this thread would have been 100 pages long by now. :-(

Yes, this is why I posted on my tumblr page. If anyone has any type of social or blogging site they place this link on , I highly suggest they do so.

At least we're here keeping the issue alive.

EDIT: So, lets recap. What romances are affected and which ones aren't?

AFFECTED: Kaidan, Ashley, Liara
UNAFFECTED: Traynor

-Xbox360 slim

It makes sense that Tali is unaffected. She doesn't even have pupils to roll into her head or lips to sync with ANYWAY.

Funny thing though, it they HAD given her a real face like we wanted then her scene would have been screwed up by this.

Well, we've been having issues with both the LI and Shepard having gltiches, so it still might be effecting the Tali romance from Shepard's side.

I believe people have stated it effects the Steve and Garrus romances as well, at least according to the OP.

And are all of these consoles versions or is there some PC users too across all of these romances?
