I've got the head twist problem too, also for me, Joker and EDI aren't looking at one another. (this is fixed when Shep views the picture on the monitor, but a shame it doesn't work during the actual group photo scene so that I can take a nice screenshot)
I also experienced major voice sync issues at the Into the Inevitable scene by the Normandy. And has anyone else noticed that Salarian hologram with his eyes and teeth popping out? Now that's scary.
I hope they fix these issues and applaud you for trying to get Bioware's attention about this.
I didn't notice any head twisting or mouths not moving, but I had the problem of Tali going braindead once the party started.
I invited her just fine and she was present for one scene, but after that she just stood around doing nothing.
She missed the photo and now she's just standing in my living room stiff as a board.
