That was last June. Haven't touched it since.

If it's any consolation, Tali's head went and did a corkscrew on me as well. I was more amused then annoyed. I imagine her veil got pretty torn from doing that.
Those freaky eyes are hilarious though hahaha!

I think it's been mentioned that things have been freaking out since the last patch (title update, or whatever you call it)?
I don't remember seeing anything like this playing through Citadel with PC 1.05, though I wasn't paying real close attention to the stuff happening before the DLC, and I quit playing after finishing up the new content.
Hopefully you can get it sorted. They've said that there are no further patches planned, so I doubt it will ever get fixed on their end.

They are hilarious but to leave the game in a broken state like this when there are still people out there who have yet to play Mass Effect is just wrong. If I'd had my first playthrough ruined by these glitches I'd have been pissed, at least I've seen how they're supposed to play out.

Agreed. I submitted an Answer HQ request about this bug/issue, but I don't know how optimistic I can get about getting a response. http://answers.ea.co.../683536#U683536
It's a bummer that removing the Title Update doesn't seem to fix the issue - which makes me believe that the v1.05 patch altered files that weren't just self-contained in the update. :-(

Is there anywhere else where I can bring it to someone's direct attention? I don't how much I rely on BSN to broadcast the issue...I can only think of posting on the Mass Effect twitter page (and I don't have twitter) or their facebook page, but I'm not sure if that will get someone's attention....

Thanks for sending that request inWould be any help if I sent one in as well? Or should we just wait for a response from your request? I've never had any type of issue like this in any of the games I've played so I'm little at a loss as to what to do.

No problem!
I think it wouldn't hurt if you sent in your separate request also -- the more they hear about it, the more likely they might actually do something about it....

I guess you could try private messaging a member of the Bioware staff, like Chris Priestly.

Does he concern himself with tech issues? I feel like he would just direct me to the tech forums...

Ok, I'll do that. Would it be ok if just copied and pasted what you wrote in yours? Since you pretty much said eveything that needed to be said much more coherently than I would

That forum is not allowing new posts at this time and it looks like the last update was four months ago.

No problem, though I might vary some of the words so it doesn't look like a total duplicate.
Hope we can get someone to look into this issue!
I'm not as bothered by the twisting heads in the Citadel DLC as I am for the romance scenes -- those latter scenes are close-up, cinematic scenes that are supposed to be emotionally affecting, and the bugged eyes and non-moving lips totally kills immersion. Especially since the scenes worked before.

Apparently when you log in there a buttom to push that say 'me too' to state you have the same problem...maybe its some type of up vote? I clicked on it already and I wonder ifthat would be more productive to click rather then make a new request , wouldn't that draw more attention to it that way, if it's an up vote? I'm quite unfamiliar with forums so I'm not that sure...I might copy your statement on to the FB page though, idk....
But ya, it the romance scene that bothers me more than anything, really does ruin the immersion, especially when I know it was such a lovely scene before!

Chris has responded to other bug reports in the past, such as this one: social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/344/index/13945255/2#13997086
Besides, it can't hurt to try
