 I can't seem to be able to end the round on this particular level in this specific spawn spot: 

Name of the map: Prime Evil
Mobs: Reapers
No Medigel

Upper right corner of map, no particular wave as it happened the first time on the first wave and then the third wave, it seems to occure when the mobs pop in this particular spot. 



Going to test it again on other mobs and see if it happens again.
