[NPlewes]

Just a quick note that we will be cleaning up the accounts of those player that abused the commendation pack glitch last week. Don't worry if you only openned a handfull you'll be fine but there were some extreme cases that need to be dealt with (2400?! Seriously?!).  We're going to be removing the Commendation weapons from these accounts.

Some people had eternally reappearing Gift Packs in their store. So, naturally, the logical thing to do was open it 2,400 times because there's no way that could possibly not be legit and no way BioWare would ever notice you totally abused that glitch.

P.S. Sarcasm not directed at your question, Major. I am just still in awe at whoever opened that thing 2,400 times and didn't think that something was wrong/there would be no repercussions.

How long did they sit there, opening pack, after pack, after pack, waiting for the store to load each time.   At 10-15 seconds per pack, that's like 6-10 HOURS of doing nothing but opening packs.

I would've said that banning would be unfair for a mistake on the devs' end. But then the post said 2400. Burn them.

And that was my second thought. I mean, BioWare could legitmately give me 2,400 Gift Packs because they love me so much, but there is no way in the world I'm gonna sit there and open that many in the timespan that the glitch existed.

Can I just confirm something. When I loaded new dlc got gift pack. Went and played Citadel all week and just doing new challenge now but have another gift pack in store. Is this glitch or not?
