People be dumb. Really, really dumb.
How long did they sit there, opening pack, after pack, after pack, waiting for the store to load each time. At 10-15 seconds per pack, that's like 6-10 HOURS of doing nothing but opening packs.
That's easy get a third party controller with a turbo button. With some of them you hold the button and it registers the action every 12 seconds or so. Tape down button, walk away. Lots of free goods from a glitch. Nobody will ever notice................Hmm guess they never heard of the ALMIGHTY Nplewes GOD of Bioware cyberspace! Silly humans! LEt's eat them.....or enlsave them wichever works better for you.

So the message is it's cool to take advantage of glitches if you do so in moderation? Maybe you'll even gain a fresh bounty of n7 weaponry if you're lucky?
We made a determination of what is considered "taking advantage of" and "using accidentitally"
And for fuure reference, how many is 'using accidentilly'?

That's crap. Why punish players for something that is clearly an in game glitch? If you don't like people taking advantage of glitches you should fix them before they become a problem rather than punishing players for playing your game. I mean its one thing to mod the game but this is uncalled for.
You are basing your information based on what you believe we are doing, we are not just straight out removing peoples commendation weapons and then walking away.

Bryan and the 'gang' are NOT like that. They are not out to abuse power or throw their weight around. Think of them more as the Lone Ranger trying to keep it fair and even for everyone. I've needed their help several times, and they've even taken personal time to help fix issues, such as broken Spectre Mastery.
However, seeing Nathan (NPlewes) involved means that it went up the chain a little bit. Playing ME1 and seeing his name in the credits at the end did make me smile a bit. Continuity, you know?
Please don't think of the Mass Effect MP team as some thugs out to 'collect' on unpaid debts from a pool shark or some mess. They are human just like we are. But they are good people - I cannot say the same for all of us. Like sitting there for 6-10 hours clicking packs thinking that everything is working 'as intended'. Who is taking advantage of who here? Its a glitch! Someone getting ALL of the promo weapons in one day is a bit..... unfair, don't you think? I earned all of mine and had a lot of fun getting them. Well, everyone should earn them, not glitch surf for them.

So, you're letting people keep the weapons if they "only" opened a "handful"? Should probably give that handful out to everybody then...
You got another gift pack this week, and oppurtunity to get up to 3 weapons this weeks challenge

The gif pack is a "commendation pack" because it gives you a promotional weapon, besides that, you have a change to get 2 commendation pack.
Which means you can get +3 promotional weapons in this Operation.

Just a quick note that we will be cleaning up the accounts of those player that abused the commendation pack glitch last week. Don't worry if you only openned a handfull you'll be fine but there were some extreme cases that need to be dealt with (2400?! Seriously?!). We're going to be removing the Commendation weapons from these accounts.
WHAT!?
Please tell me you are joking
You know, i think that instead of cleaning up their accounts you should send them a medal for spending the time on the score it takes to open 2400 packs lol ( if it was the case )
By the way I want to ask, after you max the promotional what would you get after that?

Pewes i do not endorse player exploitation at the same time bioware have failed time and time again to be accountable for having that glitch available at a certain point your team needs to taker responsibiltiy and stop putting it on the player...if such outrageous glitches were not there NOBODY would do as you say 'extreme' cheating.
I been very critical of bioware's attitude to cheaters and failing to distinguish often between legit 'cheaters' and assumed 'cheaters' all the mnore reason YOU and your team need to be much more accountable - bottom line if you checked carefully for major glitches you would not have these problems.
Other mplayer do not take things out on players like this why do you?
One time i feared i was penalized unfairly like so many did cos i could not access my account. Thankfully and sadly your ea server dropped my serial code from your database disturbing how inept your servers is at times- it seriously MUST be improved if you do mp[layer for me4!
If i were not a legit cheater and you guys took out on me rthat i cheated when i know i did not i would be furious. The oversights by bioware on these major things is one of many instances since me3's launch- both single and multi why so many fans feel agrieved, their unput undervaluyed..and i tell you pewes for fact i certainly NOT tyhe only one that encouraging you and strongly advising you to change your 'cheating' policy.
Simple fix the glitch then you have much less cheaters. but do not address major mplayer glitch exploits and you have the same problem over and over.
When you do an exam...and you try to look over your friends shoulder next to you at college you can only look at the answers to cheat if your friends paper is visible from where you are sitting. BUT if your friend conceals his exam paper from you, then you cannot cheat can you?
supportive advice. pls take it on board from many of us who have concerns botu the manner you conduct the cheating policy. One simple tweak pewes is it really that ahrd for you guys?
