well from what it looks like you've made a pretty nice cunning build rogue, LS/Dagger is good but Dagger/Dagger is actually better.

Other than that I'm not really sure what else I could add except maybe some ranks in PP and OL

Gee, I would've Bard or Ranger & Assassin or Duelist. There is not much there that will help you with multiple enemies with Assassin & Duelist.

Yes (Two daggers), you have higher dex & cunning.

No, but should get the Tier 6 Thorn of the Dead God from the The Drifter's Cache side quest as your other dagger.

I'd rethink Evasion (and thus DEX that high). I've had important attacks self-interupted by dodging incomming attacks...very annoying that you have no control over it. You can get away with a 30+ Dex depending on your desired Dagger(s).

Dual Weapon Mastery is generally avoided for rogues. The stamina reduction is negligible and you don't need the ability to wield two full size weapons since The Rose's Thorn is so ubar.

Also, I beeline for momentum as fast I can. That's bar none one of your biggest DPS increases and you can (and should) get it as early as level 3 or 4. I get that before I even put points in stealth since you don't really need stealth in the Origin stories.

If I had to guess they're either poking fun at one of three things:

a) You're naming a human noble Legolas....he's an elf.

B) In addition to a human your character is a melee build and Legolas was/is primarily a bowman.

c) Some people think that you should never name an RPG character after a famous literary character. In other words even if your player character was an elf and a bowman you shouldn't call him Legolas because it's just considered "cheesy" for lack of a better word.

Generally it goes that naming characters after hugely popular book and movie characters is lame. Log into a lot of the MMOs out there and you'll see Legolas spelled fifty different ways as every fanboy tries jump on the bandwagon. In the world of RPGs it's just lame.

Even if you were going to stick to it, wouldn't a rogue archer build be more appropriate, anyway?

You can go with whatever name you like of course but it's generally viewed as kinda lame by the community. At least in my experience :)

Now if you named him Beleg Cuthalion, no one could really fault you...

In addition to the silverite Thorn of the Dead Gods, I'm pretty sure there's a very nice dagger somewhere on Shale's personal quest in Cadash Thaig. My memory could be failing me though.

It isn't. Thaig Shanker (sp?) is just great.

Is cunning-dual-dagger still the most damaging if you're playing the console version? Or does the missing damage from dex result in other builds being superior?

the best rogue is a rogue/ranger and just have them summon a bear and a wolf . nothing in the game could beat my 3 rogue/rangers and a healer nothing can compete with 10 characters . on pc that is

None of this is answering my question. I don't want to know which specialisation is better or if an archer does more damage than a dual wielder.

I simply want to know if max cunning + 2 daggers is still the best dual wield build on consoles, because I can't find any information about how dagger damage is increased on consoles (missing dex patch 1.2 for pc).

Ok, took me a couple of hours, but I'm finally able to answer this myself:

There used to be a bug in the original versions of DAO, making dagger damage 100% dependent on strength instead of the intended 50% strength + 50% dex. The pc version has been fixed, but the console versions are still the same.

This means a dual wield dagger build with max cunning is even better on consoles, due to the focus on 1 stat for it's damage.

It's not always about damage, if you can utilize the skills that a build has correctly it could be more powerful than hitting 400+ every minute.

I havn't tried a duelwielding rogue yet but i would assume it's rather good as a damage dealer/single enemy nerfer and stunner or a solo tank (with master stealth and lots of points in dex though i think you would only do this on the PC because of the dex glitch.)
