 Not sure how impressive it is but I just soloed Gold with this awful character. I had the 5 waves survived medal and didn't die till wave ten which was my own stupidity that cost me several medigels.

Equipment: Cryo Rounds IV, Pistol Amp, Power Amp IV, Geth Scanner
Weapon: Scorpion X  with Clip and Power Amp Mod 
Map: Hazard Giant
Enemy: Geth

Basic Strategy was to place the mine down the wall at LZ and blow them when several enemies got against the wall. The mine hits through the wall so I was rarely exposed to enemy fire at all. I would blow the first mine placed with a fourth being placed to kill enemies outside the wall. As enemies came in I would stun lock them with the scorpion and as they started to build up several blow a mine if one of them didn't trip it.

Objectives were Targets, Hack, Pizza.

You get props form me. He's the lats character i'd want to take into a gold solo. he sucks at life and should feel bad. good job for doing a gold solo with 1 arm tied behing your back basically

I've made it to eight on Platinum with him but everything unravels all at once. I go down once and I'm screwed because of his health and fitness.

Wow, nice. He seems terribly squishy so this is quite a feat! (especially against those cheating Geth)

I played a game on giant with him and it is pretty funny to just sit in LZ and spam mines, pretty much basic solo strategy.
Good job, once I know how to fix the thermal clip bug on PC for good I will try soloing with him.

Very nice. He's the last character I would expect anyone to do a solo with. If you do decide to do plat again with him, I wish you luck op.

Yeah the mines hit through the wal so the Geth Scanner makes it easier. Platinum is pretty easy as well except for the objectives. It usually only takes two detonated mines to push the Banshee to ranged mode which is the only thing that really pushes you. 

I've had **** objectives and terrible decisions in a few Platinum attempts but I think I will get there.

On topic: Nice, figured you'd find a bareable way to play him, Nuke, guessing you ran him the way we originally designed?

All power damage, Cain mines, Fitness, and the rest of the points to just increase how many grenades you have?

I dono, I found it pretty easy to solo with him just running in circles around the map leaving cain mines behind you. Made it to wave 3 (gold) alone before people joined. Didn't fire my weapon once or even take a shot once,

Pretty much. Specced all the way into concussive arrows since they synergize well with the gear I use to boost the Cain mine damage. AP are superior if you're using the bow primarily but they only give you a couple of charged arrows whereas concussive is more useful because of the force of them. AP requires melee bonuses to be really good whereas the force from concussive helps me at times. 

I probably only used the bow twice the whole game but I put two hunters on their ass with it on objective waves.

Oh yeah thanks for the technical assistance, OTS. I'm pretty dumb when it comes to getting images loaded. Getting the pic uploaded was more challenging than the solo.

 I may try to get a few grabs next time. Probably easier than actually killing with the Omnibow.

Even easier on FBW against Geth and Cerberus. The Talon is a camping character, which is funny considering Biower's efforts against such tactics.

He doesn't have to be a camping character but with his health and shields that is ideal.
