I would guess that is up to the player, though even if he is, Dextro/Levo would not work.

Would have been kool if Tali got pregnant to Shep due to Synthesis ending.

 

As in sperm still inside her and then due to the synthesis they became compatible with her eggs.

 

I think space magic changes the strict science debate tbh lol.
