Am I correct in assuming we were supposed to get 1 gift pack and 2 commendation packs for doing insanity and normal, because I only got 1 commendation.

here is info if you need it.
you get the gift pack (tier 1) just for going to the store.
Lodestar Normal (silver or higher) ((Tier 2)) gets you 1 Pack
Lodestar Insanity (plat) ((Tier 3)) gets you 1 pack
If you do it all on plat first, it counts to Insanity and Normal.
please note doing this might lead you to using the fix link here
if you do have to use that link. wait about 5 min then click. sometimes it takes a little time for the server to record the win.
just to recap you should get 3 packs 1 gift, 1 for normal 1 for Insanity.
