Well I'll also ask here because I get no response from the EA support team

I've purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition on Steam which includes 4 extra download pieces: Wardens Keep, Stone Prisoner, Collector's Edition and Memory Band. But since quite a while even when I'm logged in with the account I added them, it says I'm unauthorized.
My account does have the 4 pieces added to it because I played the game with all of it intact.
I've tried reinstalling, repairing (clear cache in launcher) and deleted the manifest.xml

So seeing as I did download them when the game was released my account is okay, they are linked to it.
What else can I try to do?

Make sure that the Dragon Age Origins Content Updater is running, without it the game application cannot connect to the server to verify your rights to the downloadable content. To manually starting it, before you start the game.

1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER

2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.

3.) Right click it and select START

The service will not start, or is missing, there is more troubleshooting information in section 3 of the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ

There is also a beta fix available. It has addressed the problem on my machine of the Update service starting automatically when the game starts.

Excellent, I think that did the trick. Thanks a lot!
