I rarely play him in PUGs because regardless I still usually have better damage output than anyone else on the team. It's faster for me to just murder everything than for me to tank entire spawns and wait 10 years for cheapass stingy randoms that refuse to use equipment/consumables to kill them.
Some things never change.

I have 100% success rate when one is on the team. And i dont use ops packs or medi-gel.
two or more is too much though.

No, what he's trying to say is that it now equals 6.

Overexageration much?
Juggs are great, they do two things when specced and played at least psuedo properly. CC and encourging pugs to focus fire.
However, a tank jugg is little more than hiderance against collector on Plat imo. Praetorians can melee stagger so fast that jugg just ends up eating the dirt over and over and over again. Not to mention scion grenades and possed exploders
Juggys are an excellent choice for Platinum Collectors. But they have to adjust. Not much, but they have to adjust a little. They have to kite Scions and Praetorian either (a) around corners or (
Normally, two Juggys reinforce each other if they defend the same spot. But against Collectors, it gets a little ugly when those AoE lazers and Scion grenades/plasma start hitting at the same time, dropping everything. So it's important to split the Juggys up a bit more, and solo Juggys especially have to kite the bosses around a corner, to limit their ranged attacks.
If you do that, though, Juggys still get the job done. I've had no team wipes on Platinum this week, and about 35-40% of my games have been against Collectors.

try it in platinum, I dare you.
Id love to see how long you take to die once the banshees + scions surround you.
anyway, juggernauts do very well when you have a teammate who uses AOE type damage or heavy combos (tech and biotics)
so Juggue + Geth Engineer + Paladin (or sex bot) = crio galore
or Justicar (or drell ) + Fury = biotics everywhere! (also if you use dark sphere of the awakened collector )

I think your success rate has a lot to do with the fact that you're great at killing things.
But yes, players who don't normally play Platinum have very high odds of success using a Juggy (compared to other kits). They have epic survivability, and they're easy to use for players of all skill levels. I'm sure they've changed the nature of Platinum PuGs.
Hopefully for the better, by reducing the number of Box of Shame players. At least you have to be smart about how you play a Juggernaut. Not so much to hide in a box.
