**PC ONLY** Would you be ok with a paid subscription to ORIGIN if it was buffed?

1) I tend to avoid subscription games - never did WoW, played the Star Wars version when it was free.... for about 2 hrs. If ME3 MP were subscription - I probably would have spent 400 hours doing something else.
2) I'm usually only interested in 1-2 games anyway - so a buffet style would not appeal to me.

If I had to ****ing pay to play singleplayer games because there's no way to play them outside origin I would start not buying any game that required Origin.
I would also not recommend Origin for anyone and tell everyone I know to avoid it at all costs.
If Origin became a goddamn payable service where people had to buy their games and then pay to actually access them with a monthly sub. it'd be the biggest betrayal of the consumer base this industry has ever seen.
My gods! This is probably the DUMBEST idea I've EVER READ!! GODDAMN I HOPE I SINCERELY HOPE THIS'LL NEVER HAPPEN!! Goddamn now I'm PISSED OFF to even HEAR of something this stupid!

Oh wait! I'm already using Steam instead and ME3 was the first and last game I ever got for Origin.
Sorry EA. I know this hurts you.

Actually I am willing to pay a few more bucks if they get rid of this stupid Origin.
This, is my opinion.

I remember when people freaked out about Games For Windows Live possibly being a paid service like Xbox Live.
Also I just got the "would you recommend Origin to your friends?" questionnaire. Haha.
ZERO.

I have paid my games, and even games that do not have multiplayer still have to be registered to origin.
Before EA introduced this bane on player, games like ME2 did not needed origin to validate DLCs
IF anything i would PAY to definitively get rid of it, but paying to use it ?, i should be paid to accept having that joke of a ADware taking Mbytes of places on my hard drive.

A form of premium service would be fine but it would have to exclude any form of connectivity and bare bones functionalities of the system. What they could offer would be stuff like: Storage space, the possibility of streaming gameplay to your machine rather than downloading the game, premium deals on games, free stuff, space and tools to make online communities in Origin (you are essentially paying for a backend), VOIP services, exclusive access to upcoming content (preferred access to betaes I suppose).
These are just some of what could be in such a service. many of them can be done for free outside Origin, so it would have to be the things you can't do for free that would have to form he meat of the service. A service similar to PSN+ might work where you are essentially paying a subscription and then get thrown a lot free stuff and special offers. If you only service is the special offers there should be a net profit for the customer for taking the subscription.
So in summary, Origin as it is now and with what it contains now could not be made into a subscription thing. Asking for subscription for basic services like... you know... it working is not all right... that part comes with us buying their games.

Pay for Origin? Hahahahahahahahaha.....hahaha. I play ME3 on Xbox even though I have crossfire'd 7950s just so I wouldn't have to install the filth they call "Origin" on my system.
