It needs some major buffs.
Increase damage by atleast 25% or more.
Remove the "start up" time or decrease its start up considerably (that can be clearly noticed).

I don't care if it takes 5 whole extinction cycles to reload as a tradeoff! It's just...really, really bad.

The cons out-weigh the pros. Spitfire need to shoot marshmallows faster.

Bets? Will this be fixed tomorrow along with the 10% damage buff?
Can it be fixed without a patch?

Well, it depends on which figures they can update on the balance updates and what not, cause this is caused by the "refire" value, not the Rounds per minute value, just alike for every other weapon...SubjectThriteen wrote...

This gun along wtih Adas pretty much confirms there was very little of it. I mean, Spitfire at least has an excuse for being bad, but Adas is just...Stimpo wrote...
I remember watching the livestream w/ the devs playing Juggy+spitfire, and noticing how long it took to work on an atlas. I thought "that's the biggest ultra-rare BFG they're adding in the last content patch? The hurricane can do better than that." Makes me really wonder what the conditions were for their "extensive playtesting".

The feel of the weapon is alright. It's more accurate than you might expect which is nice but... The simple fact that it weighs a ton and pretty much glues you in place while firing still negates every other advantage it has.
The damage output really is just wayy too low. (Also, bump)
