Okay - I signed on earlier today no problem. Then I let my console update and now when I try to make a new character or load a saved game I get the problem with you online account storage pop-up thingine...

Is it related to the console update or just a bad coincidence?

I would just say its a bad coincidence, the not able to access your online storage has been going on for a few months now, its not going to do anything to the game, just won't let any characters you create in game post on the Bioware website.

They're probably circumstantially related; everyone on this board is likely hitting the server as we speak, and it was apparently already slammed ...
