RTO has apparently been released for the Xbox platform.

Where is RTO for the PC?  When can we expect it?

I am not flaming, spamming or asking for anyone to tell me to be patient.

I am just looking for an informational update, hopefully from a moderator or Bioware employee. 

There has been no official notification.
