Because I like the Citadel DLC, I finally imported a second save from ME2 to ME3 and I have some questions.

1. Why did Cerberus want the female Krogan again?

2. Why did Miranda leave Cerberus when you didn't destroy the Collectors base?

3. Did I miss anything, or doesn't Joker get a 'Hey, great to see you again' dialogue after leaving earth?

1) never fully explained, but likely just to avoid Krogan advancement
2) She's more loyal to you/crew than TIM, but never explicitly stated, no.
3) I don't recall that specifically.

No explanation. Presumably they wanted to stop the genophage cure, because Reasons.

No explanation.

3. Did I miss anything, or doesn't Joker get a 'Hey, great to see you again' dialogue after leaving earth? 

Nothing more than a "Joker, that you?" over the radio, and some exposition as to how he was on the ship in the first place.

1. TIM was indoctrinated, thus Cerberus were basically Reaper pawns (Divide and concur, and cause fighting within your own faction instead of fighting them, same thing Happened in the Prothean cycle, its Reaper tactics).

2. quite a few reasons, TIM is indoctrinated, TIM worked with her Father, Shepard made her question Cerberus.

3. Nah, all you get is a quick shout from him over the intercom about an incoming message from Hacket
