Of course I liked it, it had Aria in it. Only thing that bothered me was the change in Aria's character if you played Paragon, and maybe the bugs. But over all I enjoyed it.
influence on her. I liked being able to actually influence a
character's behavior...it happens sometimes in Mass Effect but in Omega,
that's there for sure
That's what I didn't like, Aria have been the ruthless leader of Omega for a long time and nyreen dying and Shepard saving the station's civilians from the overloading reactor just suddenly changes her views on how she will proceed in running her station. Before she even reaches Oleg she was hell bent on killing him even more so when he captures her in afterlife. But after the battle she just lets him go and becomes all good.
When that happened I just put a bullet in his head myself. I like playing paragon but I couldn't wait to see Aria rip Oleg a new asswhole. Her character is great because she is ruthless, and let's no one influence her or the way she does things. Shepard being able to influence her, was just unsatisfying. Just my opinion

I suppose you have a point. Then again I enjoy manipulating characters in games so when I get to do it, its fun for me

Intrigued about how low Leviathan is on the list. What killed it for you?

1st place: Leviathan, EC, Citadel.
2nd place: LotSB, Omega, Stolen Memory.
3rd place: all other DLCs except Pinnacle Station.
...The only bad DLC for ME trilogy is Pinnacle Station.

Nothing really. Just personal preference vs the others. I really enjoy them all.

1:Bring down the sky
2:Zaeed The Price of Revenge
3:Normandy Crash Site
4:Firewalker Pack
5:Extended Cut/From Ashes
Bring down the sky provided me with a good quest, formal introduction to the Batarians, and some good moral choices. All in all an enjoyable experience and a nice add-on. That's why it is first.
I gave From Ashes and The Extended Cut a joint spot as the two worst pieces of DLC in the franchise.
The Extended Cut has its place because it was just more of that horrid ending, and I can no longer shoot at the hologram without triggering that refusal ending.
From Ashes was a big insult to Mass Effect 1 and just served to retcon the Portheans and Javik was just an annoying one-dimensional action movie hero. I seriously wished I could space him at so many points throughout the game. There's just so much wrong with that DLC and his character.

Interesting thoughts so far guys. Seems people don't like Omega as much as I do. But we agree on Citadel and LotSB mostly being in top 3
No squadmembers, no link to the Reapers and/or main storyline, hardly any RPG elements, mostly just action set-piece to action set-piece.
The only positives are the 3 characters Petrovsky, Aria and Nyreen.

Yeah and it was good, a little cheesy though. I'm just saying, it just came out. People have that giddy, "brand new content" feeling. My opinions on the new squadmates in both sequels have changed drastically through the months as I replayed, thought more about them and their motivations. The Citadel is a sugar buzz. Super satisfying, but I'm not sure how long it'll last.Sovereign330 wrote...

- Best DLC I've ever played.
2)Extended Cut
- Because it added a ton of replay value for me.
3)Leviathan
- Amazing atmosphere and LOTS of background story on the universe.
4)Arrival
- The REAL intro to ME3. Some of the most intense hours of the trilogy.
5)Kasumi Stolen Memory
- Kasumi is great, and the music is amazing. Also, a nice change of pace from ME2's many shooting galleries.
6)Lair of the Shadow Broker
- Never thought it was THAT good. Feels a bit too long, with fights dragging out. Never liked the boss battle on Illium.
7)Zaeed The Price of Revenge
- Amazing character. Not much else to say.
8)From Ashes
- Another amazing character. Adds a lot of background info. Sadly, the mission on Eden Prime is a bit tame and it should've been included with the game at launch! Way too important for DLC!
9)Omega
- Amazing the first time, but nowhere near as good the second.
10)Overlord
- Kinda feels like a drag to me. Too long with too much shooting.
11)Normandy Crash Site
- Cool little mission.
12)Bring Down the Sky
- Too much driving around on some grey rock.
13)Firewalker Pack
- The Hammerhead is simply too weak. It's a shame, because the missions themselves are pretty sweet.
14)Pinnacle Station
- I like this one quite a bit, but it's very low on actual story and dialogue.
