Thats right, Citadel is at 11, deal with it.

That's fine...just curious why

Because I agree totally with Koobismo as far as Citadel is concerned. Also this...

1. From Ashes (not the mission itself, but Javik's presence throughout the game)
2. EC
3. Citadel (my favorite one to play through, obviously the 2nd half more than the 1st)
4. LotSB
5. Leviathan
6. Stolen Memory
7. Omega
8. Overlord
9. Arrival
10. Zaeed

P.S. Absolutely nothing in Citadel can possibly top THIS moment for me. Citadel has nothing on this in my opinion.

hence why LOTSB was the cream of the crop :P. At first I honestly thought he was an oversized chubby like volus.

Then he stood up and  O.O

I thought it was a chair turned around so the Broker was faceing away from you, so he could turn around in it slowly all cliche style. Then it zoomed in and I was like "O.O da fuc..."

I don't consider the EC to be a DLC in the traditional sense, so it's omitted.

Edited: I forgot about Javik. I am a bad person.

I guess I just didn't like the story  :(

Firewalker would be above it if I didn't have to deal with the Hammerhead and jumping

LotSB was excellent in every way. Citadel has the feels but the narrative itself is bad.

The top 4 (and only 4) DLC's to balance great story/dialogue with great gameplay:

1. Citadel
2. Lair of the Shadow Broker
3. Leviathan
4. Kasumi - Stolen Memory

I can't manage a top 5, so here's all the rest:

Omega--great gameplay and maps, but I didn't care for the story or unlikeable Aria or choking Petrovsky

Arrival--great gameplay, but I didn't care for the story

Overlord--I resented having to use the nauseating, tissue-paper-armored Hammerhead, and the harder sci-fi wasn't my thing

Bring Down the Sky--taking out several maps of missile silos is too tedious, and I didn't care for the unlikeable Batarian antagonists

Zaeed - The Price of Revenge--just as plain as From Ashes, but with slightly better gameplay and characterization and choices

From Ashes--the mission was just too plain, and Javik didn't exactly come to life, yet, so to speak

Normandy Crash Site--nothing fun about picking up all the dog tags, and this hardly qualifies as a "mission"

Extended Cut--I can't quite rate this as it's just cinematics, not new gameplay, like a revamped Earth 2 with war assets mission

Firewalker pack/Pinnacle Station--would not bang

5. Omega
6. Bring Down The Sky
7. Overlord
8. Arrival
9. Normandy Crash Site
10. Zaeed: The Price Of Revenge

Really enjoyed playing all of these missions, Citadel and LOTSB are the best missions of the whole series, and the EC made the ending tolerable for me.

I like none of them simply because all of them should have been in the main game, the only one I find acceptable as a DLC is Arrival not because it had great quality or anything but simply because it is being used to connect ME2 to ME3 and not adds vital information for ME2 itself

Another beef I have with all of the DLC is that they are somehow canon in ME3 without explanation..Liara as the shadowbroker, Shepard being in jail because of Arrival.
If you haven't bought or played any of these ME3 doesn't make sense from the getgo...it screams design flaw!

Didnt play LotSB?
Liara hired a bunch of mercs and took the ship
Didn't play Arrival?
A bunch of Alliance soldiers destroyed the relay and Shep instead gets locked up for affiliating with Cerberus, a terrorist organization.

My point is not that it is unexplained, my point is that it is ungratifying for someone who did play ME2 but not the DLC, which in essence is what is wrong with ME3 all the choices you have made in the games amount to nothing( which means an email, a mention in the journal or a higher number in the war assets) I call it design flaw
I mean in ME2 you were helping your squadmates with their daddy issues( I still find the whole loyalty mechanic retarded) while you could be doing something real, that furthers the plot ( finding the shadowbroker, stopping the reapers from entering through batarian space).

Also if you think it is impossible to incorporate choice in a meaningful manner  in a game, have a look at the witcher2.

This article pretty much sums up my opinions about the Citadel DLC. I sorta have mixed feelings about it. I love the DLC itself, but overall to the game/series it shouldn't even place in the top 10.

1. Citadel - I'm not even finished with this and it's already my favorite DLC by far.

2. Lair of the Shadow Broker - Really fun and well-written.

3. Extended Cut - A pretty good ending. A little half-assed with the comic books panels, but that gives the advantage of showing exactly what they need to show with the characters without taking too much time. I ****ing hated Shepard's first name not being on the wall. Hated that, with a passion.

4. From Ashes - Pretty flawless. When I played it, it almost felt like the quality of a recruiting mission from ME2. A good amount of shooting Cerberus troops here and there without too much of it, some good references to ME1(obvsiouly) and an overall fun introduction to Javik, the best and most relevant sqaudmate, imo. Only problem was, way too pricey. Should've been in the game already, and the bastards know it. After they charged money for Kasumi and Zaeed and so many people payed for them, I guess Bioware knew that the fans would buy squadmates no matter what.

5. Leviathan - I would say that it's almost actually good, but Shepard's ****ing auto dialogue under water really hurt it, which I know is a small thing, but it was 15 minutes of my Shepard being completely out of character and it was just. so. stupid, considering I paid for it.

6. Zaeed - Fun but I thought it was stupid that I had to have more than 90% paragon to make the choice I wanted.

7. Kasumi - Again fun but kinda hollow and unsatisfying, didn't make much of an impression.

8. Omega - Crap. Don't have the time on my hands to play that ****. I'm sorry, but I didn't even finish it. Hours and hours of shooting repetitive Cerberus troops that doesn't really gain anything is not my idea of "fun". Wait, that's most of the game. But yeah, way too long, way too boring, I don't give a **** about Aria no matter how much the writing tries to make me, and I feel like an idiot for buying it.

I still go with LOTSB as my favorite, it was outstanding all the way through. The Citadel was a lot of fun, though. It's close to a tie for first.
