Has BioWare ever addressed these issues?

I'm really liking ME2 so far (just got to Illium), but my God is it the buggiest game I've played as of late. Mass Effect 1 was never this bad. I'm pretty sure when I downloaded ME2 it was patched automatically (something like v1.02), but has BioWare even addressed some of these issues since launch? I'm tempted to e-mail them.

- Conrad Verner seems to think I put a gun in his face in ME1 (despite that I went full Paragon with him)
- The asari Consort resigned because of information leaks (I cleared her name in ME1)
- The Sirta foundation didn't recover from the attack on their facility (I saved every scientist in ME1, though)

There is the occasional game glitch like getting stuck in the air on Daratar which is annoying as hell and won't go away, but these are story related and I'm quite bummed that this whole "character/decision transfer" system isn't as fluid as I expected. No idea how they let these things slip through or at least didn't provide reasons why they did.

NOTE: I transferred my character from ME1. Has anyone ran into these same glitches that created their own save/transferred a "prefab" save?

Also, please no spoilers past what I've already written. Thank you.

No, they haven't addressed any of those issues, at least not that I am aware of.  The Conrad Verner one can be fixed with Gibbeds. Oh and he does apologize IIRC in ME3 for saying it.

Those aren't that huge of a deal in the grand scheme of things.

Mass Effect was buggier for me than Mass Effect 2 anyway. Crashes, Mako flipping / stuck in the air for no reason. Units getting flung through solid objects where it may be near impossible to get them (or completely impossible without console commands).

A couple more popped up since I posted this. Apparently your body can pass through the bar counter at Eternity on Nos Astra when you order a drink, but, more importantly (for me, anyway), Nassana Dantius believes she had me kill her sister in ME1 when, in fact, I confronted Nassan after I killed her sister.

I have no issue with non-"game breaking" glitches. It's a big game with lots to do and not everything will be perfect. However, ME2 is the first game I've played where the story or parts of it are adversely affected and it appears nothing has been done about it. Extremely bummed with BioWare on this one.

I know you might think of me as whiny, but I like a cohesive story. I mean, why else do people play these games?

EDIT:

I would love to have a job as a game tester. Think you actually have to be a dev, though :/

I can't think of any issues I've had with ME1 and I'm on the PC. The Mako flipped on me once and I couldn't get back up, but I was killed by a thresher maw, anyway. In ME2, I keep having to log in because of some "server error" on startup. Unless there's some huge twist or something to keep me on edge in ME2 (and soon), I'll have to disagree with a lot of the people I've talked to and say ME1 is better.

I think Bioware just wants you to accept that Conrad Verner is crazy and misremembered things and that rumours against the consort and the attack on the Sirta foundation had already done their damage so it was too late for Shepard to make everything work out well

Get Magna Carter, read the second comment on here:

It doesn't make any sense, Get Magna Carter. BioWare has made two games with an insane amount of detail, thus far. All that information on EVERY planet you visit? Very cool, indeed. I think if they weren't glitches they would have added more detail about them other than a "Galactic News" report, as well.

It's just weird that a company makes mistakes this large and completely ignores them.

The footage for Conrad not thinking you shot him is in game.  The audio for the Consort and Sirta were recorded and are also on the disk.    Someone posted a link with them a couple of years back.

Are you kidding me? The correct data is in the game, but you can only fix one of them (Conrad Verner) through an outside source (Gibbed's pre-fabricated saves)?

The Conrad Verner one is the only thing that really has an impact aside from hearing about it on the Citadel news.
