Somehow I doubt we may even see something as save import in the next ME game. Too much mess with these endings. They will either reduce the meaning and effects of these choices or simply ignore them and go with their own way.
Anyhow, here is my "canon" playthrough:
Gender: Male (custom face, Arcus Shepard, Spacer, Sole Survivor, Sentinel, Renegade with very few paragon choices)
VS: Kaidan
Romance: none in ME1, Tali in ME2/ME3
Genophage: Cured, Wrex and Eve alive
Geth/Quarian War: Peace
Squad: All alive except Mordin, Legion and Thane obviously (with EDI presumably being destroyed in the end).
Ending: Perfect Destroy - Wouldn't have it the other way as galaxy full of friendly Reapers and Husks doesn't seem like a good idea, plus Shepard survives. Destroying Geth and EDI might be regrettable but in the end keeping individuality, diversity and freedom of the spieces is more important.

There probably won't be any import feature. The closest thing I can see would be a series of questions like at the beginning of ME2, where Jacob and Miranda are asking you to confirm some things. Like a historical account, going by when I think the next game will take place - quite far into the future.

FemShep, romanced Liara, cured genophage, brokered peace between Quarians & Geth War. For the ending I picked destroy, which kind of negates the whole Quarian/Geth thing. Which sucks, but I went into ME3 expecting to have to sacrifice Earth and probably most of humanity to stop the Reapers, so I didn't even hesitate. Plus of course EDI *and* the Geth explicitly said that non-functionality was preferable to allowing the Reapers to continue.

Not that I expect any of this to have a huge impact on the next game (assuming it's a sequel.) Just from a practical standpoint, they'd either have to come up some catch-all scenario, or just pick a canon ending themselves.

Romance: Tali
Geth and Quarians both happy on Rannoch, Genophage cured (Mordin lives, escapes just before explosion), destroy ending (MEHEM mod, Reapers die, friendly AI's live), Shep lives (Rescued last minute, also MEHEM Mod), My Shep and Tali get a gene splice job courtesy of a grateful galaxy, retire to Rannoch, live happily ever after with their kids. Garrus becomes a spectre, Miranda gets a full pardon and goes to work for alliance intel, Ashley stays specter, EDI and Joker are first organic/inorganic marriage, The Rachni rebuild in peace, and Javiik gets trolled all over the internet.
