Hi All,

I am trying to get the above through finding a series of codex entries in orzimar

I have the following:

"Commission Report" from Hall of Heroes
The document laying on the bridge to the proving grounds
"Writ of Censure" in the Proving Grounds
"Council Writ" in the Diamond Quarter

BUT

I can't find "Assembly Directive" in Dust Town

Anyone know where it is exactly???

If you hold Tab while running in Dust Town is should be highlighted between two stone rocks/walls

Found it and got the ring:



+2 to all attributes

+4% Spell Resistence

+10% to all healing received



Quite nice really!!
