i got one lil question:

at the bio social network when i try to click the games > dragon age > official dlc page, i always get an error message calling " you don't have permission to view this page". is that normal?

I get the same message. My workaround is to go to the actual Bioware site, then go to DLC from there. That seems to allow me access to DLC through the Social Site ... /shrug -- strange

Looks like this no permission thing is spreading. I got it as well.

I actually went to a friend's house that has the 360 version just to play :P. Just one semi-spoilerish thing I want to say:

If you didn't hate Loghain before, you'll hate him now...

Yep, Sylvius, that's the one I checked. Just goes to a very sparse page with links to the two current DLCs (RtO not being there yet).

I'm using Firefox 3.5.5 btw, if that makes a difference.

Google Chrome, and I can't access that page.

The page never worked for me either. Several people have mentioned that it might be related to certain user-profiles having this problem, not necessarily a browser-problem. I have tried with IE8, Firefox 3.5.7 and Seamonkey 2.0.2. even on different computers...

Using IE and I get the 'no permission' message.

Okay, perhaps I should find something else to do that doesn't involve hanging round the RtO thread waiting for RtO.

I can't enter the DLC content page either from these forums ...

Initially I thought it was just a "glitch" due to it not being attached to the forums, however seeing this many having the same problems, it might be a permissions issue from the board (admin) or similar ...

- Perhaps they need to check a box, so when people register (their) games, they have access to this ?

Looks like stuff happens unexpectedly a lot at bioware. Unexpectedly not ready for christimas season. Unexpectedly delayed for 5th jan. Unexpected released on pc. Then unexpected released on xbox.

And still the ps3 waits. Dear PS3 owners. Not changing consoles yet?

Nope... i rather wait for sony cert than ms' "cert". this thread is proof of it.

At the risk of straying well off-topic, I'm using Firefox 3.5.7 but as far as I'm aware, that page has never displayed my DLC (the same error message that others have reported).  Thankfully, this has never prevented me from accessing the content in-game but I had simply always assumed that the link wasn't working properly because this social site was still in beta.

Please take whatever time is needed to troubleshoot Return to Ostagar (and the web page). I can wait. Developers, please, PLEASE, don't let marketing or the fools that run EA rush you. A thoroughly tested game that comes out later is far preferable to an unfinished one released before its ready.

Nope. Not normal. I can access it. RtO doesn't appear on the page yet, but Warden's Keep and Stone Prisoner do.

And yet it's not entirely unusual because I always get the same error message.

It's amazing how some people can't seem to resist putting little "spoilers" in a spoiler-free thread, knowing that half the people reading it don't have access to it yet. Seems pretty childish to try to skirt the rules.

I am glad people who have xbox are enjoying the DLC, but please let those of us who have yet to get it have the pleasure of discovering the new content for ourselves, instead of showing off that you have it by dropping loaded hints about it on a thread that's not supposed to contain spoilers, no matter how small or vague.

Thank you

Ok then it is available

Sorry to put this in there straight away, but I finished the DLC and I got a major bug which I cant shake where all my charecters specialisations have been locked out.

Uh oh. I've had my bioware points waiting on this. Do I want to spend them this evening? Or do I want to wait? (Especially seeing as how it sounds to me like this wasn't quite ready to come out of the oven yet but MS forced their hand.)

This page has been like this since I can remember! No biggie I think. Same result either in FFox 3.5.6 or IE 8.
