Also from the VERY FIRST POST IN THIS THREAD:

'Posted 5 hours ago'

If we're going to start debating the specific amount time presumably intended by the word 'later', then I respectfully will point out that I can't be bothered. It isn't clear when it's supposed to be out beyond it being out some time 'later'. Stop getting so antsy.

24 hours in a day old bean and just because your day is coming to a close does not mean theirs is. Timezones and all that jazz.

I think we should always safely be able to assume that "day" means the day WHEREVER THE STUDIO IS LOCATED.

I don't expect the Europeans to work around my schedule. I know that sometimes they do (and sometimes I have had to get up extra early or stay late for a conference call to the UK or Pakistan), but by and large, I assume they are working on their local time.

Well in the uk I had to wait an extra two weeks for the games release on ps3 >_>

After waiting that long I'm not really bothered on how long returnt o ostegar takes to be added.....

Correction: As long as it's under oh lets say a month or three lol

I guess the patches will be along any day then.

Thanks for the reports, guys. We've passed it to the web guys to take a look at the issue.

UPDATE: Give the page a try now.

Works now. At least, I can see a generated list of two DLC's which can be purchased.

Ditto working for me now also.Thank you!Image IPB

PC user here.

You guys from Bioware work very hard to make me regret the money I have spent for purchasing 1600 BW points without a second thought. I loved this game and for me it's a classic but this DLC business is a mess so far. At least spend some time to update your official add-ons page about the RtO release date. This is coming not from a fanboy but from someone who respects your previous works and contributions to the rpg world. You can do it better than this.

well they are on the east coast then it would be 5:49 pm

I thought BioWare was in Alberta which is on the west coast, so that would be 2:49pm

Not on the coast. In the west, to be sure, but not Pacific time. Mountain time.

It's hard to get coordinated and easy to miss little things when someone else releases your work ahead of schedule.  Which is what happened here.  MS went ahead with a release that, from all evidence, was not meant to be released today.  Rather than BW simply pulling it and saying "wait until we're ready", they're scrambling to get it out for PC users and still working with PS3 issues.

Regret your money?  I'm seeing mine work to try to get a product out for me when they really don't have to rush around trying to do so.

I'm still not entirely sure what relevance 'their day' or 'our day' has. 5 hours is the same amount of time irrespective of what time zone you're in. It's not like people in Canada live at Relativistic speed and hence experience time differently. [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/whistling.png[/smilie]

The guy said it would be released later in the day. The time I posted *was* later in the day. Why are people having such an issue with this? Was I complaining, shouting abuse, threatening suicide? [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/andy.png[/smilie]

I'll refrain from acting ridiculous like many users in other threads but I'm far from enthused with RTO missing from the addon page and not showing up in Downloadable Content within the game.

Why would it? I dont expect it to appear there if it isn't available yet, because that's the point, isn't it?

[Unrelated to quote:]

I am just as anxious to get this thing as anyone else but if people would please read at the very LEAST the BioWare posts before commenting that they can't see it or can't download it, or just assuming that the PC and 360 versions are both released and then following up with some whine post about PS3 getting a shaft that isn't really there, that would be fantastic. It seems like half of the posts are something about one or more of the above, or parts of one or more of the above and it's really kind of annoying when you're reading  the thread because you expect posts of substance...  <_<

I, for one, did read most of the posts and most importantly the first one.I agree that quite often people don't and when a thread gets longer than 5 posts it's pretty common that people simply give up on trying to catch up on everything written. In my case, I was simply stating that it's still not appearing as well as other statements. On a side-note, I've heard that some people claim it is appearing for them on their PC under the Downloadable Content. Let us also remember that expectations can also be subjective and what one person expects may not be what others expect. In the end, I am looking forward to RTO.

Lastly, unrelated to my previous post of your reply, , I, for one, could easily and patiently wait until January 31st for RTO if that was the date BioWare gave. Sure, it was disappointing to hear of the RTO delay but as a realist I fully expect why and how delays can occur and can move on and do other things until the release. The fact that they moved up the date to "todayish" is definitely nice to hear.

I suppose you may be right but that doesn't make it any less annoying. :) I put the Unrelated in there to make sure nothing was miscommunicated.

Apparently if it IS appearing, it is the result of using the advance add-on (pirated) and removing it in anticipation of the official release version, as I have read anyway. I cannot confirm that however since I didn't download the leaked version. But, as of yet I have had no denials!

People, people, people... why are you still crying when this is better than the originally projected Jan 31st date that was suggested when the delay first happened? IF anything, you should be thankful that they have taken your *ahem* requests ...yeah, that is what we will call them... into account and pumped the content out faster.

Anyone encountering an issue now that suddenly shows their DLC's as being unathorized (For the record, I bought the digital deluxe version for D2D. Played through several times and own warden's keep and the stone prisoner. They just suddenly show as unauthorized, yet my other items show as being fine)

I'm sorry I hurt your feelings. This post was not aimed at you in particular. I promise. It was a very general statement on the reality of time zones.

Besides, we've already established that if you aren't in North America, you don't really exist. You are just a product of the fertile imaginations in Hollywood and your entire life, history, and culture are CGI.

Nice to see this has already devolved into pointless fighting and spoilers being thrown around :D

Just FYI, a day means 24 hours. The 13th of January presumably means in the timezone that Bioware is located at (-07:00 GMT I think). Why is this so hard to comprehend?
