What i really meant though was that the DLC is SHORT and not very groundbreaking - therefore unworthy of all the fuss that its generated over the last few weeks. I expected more . . .

No kidding... did you notice the emphasys on OP's "unexpected"? I said it earlier that they must have had a Haiti at the office on arrival which, while meant as a joke, also might remind some people who can afford it, to donate even if some 5 bucks to organizations that are helping the extreme catastrophic state that such already ruined country is at the moment!

Like they say, nothing is so bad that can't get even worse... so many good people from so many countries died there while in a peace mission...

True but if I may ask? What level were your party when you went there? It is really fast for a lvl 23 party from a post-end game save and perhaps not that enjoyable for the items themselves. Gladly, this DLC won't add overpowered items, AFAIK!

But a lower level party might take longer and certaionly would enjoy more the context. I hope we have some DLC's on the future, prolly the xpack can do it, where we can play the post-end game Hero advancing the story and not in a flashback as it is now (I had finished my first run when I got the CE and the 2 first DLCs and I never went doing them with that PC... it made no sense to me)

I disagree. When you buy it through their PC DLC RtO page, it is like getting a GIFT CARD for that SPECIFIC item, i.e. you have purchased it and are waiting for it to come into stock, like a rain check.

Exactly... its not like I am going to go buy groceries with it.

I'm pessimistic as well. Chris posted 7 hours ago, which was 3 or so hours after the Microsoft leak. It's been a full 12 hours for someone to hit the "On" button for PC, but it hasn't happened yet. Not looking good. Clearly Bioware weren't expecting this.

Bioware folks, any update on the PC version? I’ve been checking the DLC page but nothing but my points show up thus far, I can’t wait to see RTO pop up! Thanks for any info you’re able to provide!

Hi. i'm new to this. I just have a quick question. I have just downloaded the new dlc "Return to Ostagar" on the xbox 360. I've finished the game and I am in that place where alistair is king and the place you go to the guards to say im ready to go. But when I do that, it just does the thing with the credits and I want to use the return to ostagar dlc with that character that finished the game. Please reply

Ah, giftcards.  Why did I not think of those for my analogy; they work much better.

It's a giftcard, yes.  Which entitles you to nothing but the ability to purchase things in their store.  Claiming entitlement for having points is silly; you simply have money for their store, no matter what your plans are for it.  You cannot claim injuried custumer on the basis of a giftcard and the inability to purchase what you want to purchase at that exact time.

I was a level 12 human warrior - if i was level 20+ i probably would have shot through it in 15mins . . .

i would think its long than 15 min to beat even at level 20. that would just be criminal.
