I'm pretty sure I saw on Nexus, a mod that allowed your dog companion to become various demons, e.g. rage, desire etc.

I cannot find it now! I'm not sure if I am making this mod up, I'm about 60% sure it actually exists!

If anyone knows of its whereabouts...

I think you are confusing two mods.
One mod allow your dog to be 5th companion,
The other mod is expanded Shapeshifter, where you can shapeshift into those abominations

Jeffonl1, Thanks, yes it was for DA2 - Dammit! I've just been using the appearance modifier and changed its class, which thankfully looks normal for the demon I wanted!

Keeneaow, Thanks, but I don't think getting confused between a demon and a 5th dog slot is really possible?! Haa.
