I'm trying to finish off the Omega DLC and I keep getting stuck at the part where the general locks you in with the mechs in front of the reactor. I'll kill all the mechs while Aria is trying to open the force field, but I can't proceed after I kill them all.

I think she opens it up before you kill them all (it plays out as a cutscene) Then you jump out, if I remember correctly.

I've reloaded the mission nine times. Each time I kill all the mechs and wait for 30 minutes before reloading it again. I've restarted the mission, my system, the quick save, etc.

If your Shepard can't get out of the force field via cutscence then maybe you need to re download the dlc. Maybe bring it up to the help area of bioware or ea. after Shepard gets out of the force field aria an nyreen remain inside the force field and your shepard needs to run to the next area to turn off all of omegas force fields.

Bah, im getting the same thing now... While Aria is doing her thing I destroy all the mechs and then nothing happens.. On my first playthrough of the dlc i didnt have any problems with that, but then the mechs didnt stop spawning and Nyreen had to protect Aria. This time after some time they just stop spawning and the cutscene is not initiated.
Im starting to think that im killing the mechs too fast(Supressor and Sabotage = easy headshots for ohks..) and theres a timer before the scene initiates as well as a spawn limit, which would not be a bug but a pretty stupid oversight..

try restarting the mission. you should have an autosave that is just the start of the mines segment.

Tried twice before posting, but after posting i tried one more time and purposely took my time with killing the mechs and it payed out
I guess you shouldnt kill the mechs too fast. Which leads me to the fact that after platinum insanity is a cakewalk xD Insanity in the next game should be twice as hard atleast. Even though Shepard is suposed to be a badass the game is still too easy.
