Try to keep them behind you. It may seem odd, but depending on your build consider using the Sniper Rifle versus the Creepers as it should have enough weapon force for knock down, IIRC. Squad members can't tank Creepers at all, so don't let them get vomited on. You can also use grenades equipped with Anti Thorian Gas to instakill them if need be.
Next thing is that the Creeper spawn / waking is dependent on how much damage you do to each node. So what you can do is shoot the node a little, deal with a couple Creepers, then shoot the node more, etc.
Each time you destroy the node you get a new clone. Use a biotic CC power on her as soon as you see her. Lift, for example. Or Singularity. Throw will also knock her down. Then shoot her as she is ragdolled. You can also try to knock her over the edge, which should instakill her.
I think that's about it. Just keep at it, your squad should work out with a bit of practice.

They aren't a bad squad to use.

I'm on the second to last one and I get trapped in the stairwell and for some reason the asari and creepers bypass my shields and I just ran outta medgel, but I'll give it a go.

If you have any hammer head or sledge hammer rounds load up Wrex's and Liara's shotguns with them, then have them equip the shotguns. That will give you some extra crowd control.

Melee attacks and creeper spit bypass shields. If you have any medical interfaces or medical exoskeletons, you could try equipping those as they reduce toxin effects.

I have the medical interface, and Toxin seals, should I be using the Medical interface instead of the Toxic shield?

Thanks for the tips everyone, so should I stick with Wrex and Liara for Noveria and the rest of the game? Or is there a better choice?
