I've just visted Demerim and can't seem to find the in the scholar is supposedly staying at on Lake Calahand, anyone have any advice on where to go?

Go to the inn, talk to the innkeeper, leave the inn and you will be ambushed. Return to the guy in Demerim

What inn is the question. I don't see any in the area.

Its on the world map, near the lake/magestower

On my map in that area all I see is the Docks, the tower and a little ways to the west the Golem DLC thingy....no inn =/

You may have been lead on a wild goose chase. Don't assume that every NPC tells the truth

You might want to reload and check out the room the guy doesn't want you to go in.

Its the only building in the docks.

You could have just not talk to weylon and make your way towards the back of the room. He will then approach to stop you from going there...which obviously means hes hiding something and you will kill him and find a corpse laying in that back room.
