Flags are popping in and out that have already been dealt with ("new updates", etc), the "last message" symbol doesn't work as it has been, maybe more.  What is going on?  (The "last post" anomaly seems to come and go, but now the response time has dropped to an abysmally slow speed!)

P. S.  Editing is now landing me on a page saying I've requested an invalid topic?  Is this entire series of anomalous behaviors a byproduct of a very heavy traffic load on the RtO distribution part of the site?
