I think the only time I quit is if I'm having the glitch where you can't see the other players or, worse, the enemies.
No rage quits. Don't want to waste any gains made in challenges, xp and credits even if small.

Mostly if i do some stupid mistake on lower difficulties, i'm like "ahh, come ON!" and then "don't have time for this mickey mouse BS!" and quit...usually drunk as **** though

Only time i ever rage quit:
Picked a u/u/g match for drellguard. Got collectors on vancouver. Player 4 dropped out after a few secs so just me and 2 human engineers. We did fine for waves 1 and 2. Then lag hit me on wave 3 so i couldnt charge properly, and i wasnt moving v well. Combine that with collector swarms = death. I died and medigelled twice, died and revived and then bled out. The other 2 died a bunch of times but somehow got through the wave. Human adept turned up. OK I think, he can set up biotic explosions for me. Nope, he started dying a lot too. By wave 6 I had used up 4 medigels (and 3 op packs of which none triggered) and then got sync killed when trying to charge an abomination hit a scion instead and instakilled.

I think a rage quit once or twice, in the early weeks of the game.
I found the game had enough frustrating mechanics without latency exarcerbating the problem, so after a few months, I exclusively hosted.
As host, I would feel horribly guilty if I rage-quit, so I haven't, since at least last spring.

Have only done it once. Gold PuG - Cerberus - Giant. Worst lag ever faced by any gamer in any game. Three waves in a row a Phantom blinked out of existence 20 meters away then reappeared with it's sword through my chest (and, no, it's wasn't cloaking). Enemies running around 3 meters in the air. Enemies taking no damage from a full Harrier X clip, killing me, then dropping dead.

I rarely do, now when all my team die at the beginning of a round and its only me left to tackle all the mobs with no medigel I may consider leaving, but it would be late in the map like after objective two....lol

Not rage quit par say, but I will cut my losses if the lag gets way too bad. This weekend with the servers being hammered so badly, there was some epic lag. Had abondon a few that couldn't be salvaged.
