Went to download RTO, had purchased the points a week or so ago, and all is well....comsuck had a hiccup and was disconnected. Reconnect, no points and now i have to buy more points in order to get RTO?? Seriously?

I can't see RTO in my options. I don't think it's out for the PC yet - only the 360.
