ME1: Have to verify, but i'm pretty sure i have 4 shepards, and with two of them i did a second playthrough, like a new game+. So it's 6.

ME 2: played two times as vanguard, one as adept and one as sentinel. So it's 4.

ME3: One as adept (first playthrough without from ashes and other dlcs) and two as sentilel. so it's 3.

The numbers get lower as there are some older ones I don't import into the next game. The number of playthroughs I can't count since there are some I've played more than once.
