10+ for ME1 and ME2, 7 iirc for ME3. Keeping in mind most of these playthroughs are skip-scene/no-nonsense quick. OTOH, time spent revisiting favorite save-points probably adds up to another game.

Actually I'm more surprised at the LACK of numbers like yours. All these single digits are really surprising. Makes me wonder what % of the older fans are still around. TBH I only returned to see the reactions to this last dlc so maybe I shouldn't be that surprised if many of them were like me.

I lost all of my ME1 saves so not sure how many games I played but my guess is easy 20+ which is the same number for ME2. ME3 I have only imported 3 saves. 1 of them I have completed the story 4 times or so and the other 2 are stuck somewhere on Earth.

Off the top of my head:
ME1: About 24, all complete
ME2: Maybe 18-24 complete, 2 Shepards currently mid-game, 1 Shepard ready for import
ME3: I think 6 complete*, 5 Shepards mid-game, about 8-10 Shepards ready for import
*complete=Defended the Missile Battery

In ME1, some playthroughs completed with the same Shepard on NG+. In ME2, some playthroughs were NG+ with the same Shepard and some were re-imports of an all-ready played Shepard.

I re-imported my first ME3 playthrough and am currently re-doing it with all the DLCs, so...that'll be a whopping "2" for ME3 whenever I finish.

I have no idea. I can speak in general terms though. ME1 has the most simply because it was out years before ME2 and I did a number of playthroughs when it was just that game out, and I've only done maybe 2 playthroughs of ME2 where I DIDN'T play ME1 first to lead into it. Same with ME3, it's got the least simply because it came out last, and I've done a playthrough of it for every ME2 playthrough since ME3 came out.

I actually have WAY too many playthroughs to choose from with the ME2 import. Like there's probably 15 things on that list. I wish the import data wasn't hidden, because I really want to delete some of those because there's too much clutter.

Those numbers would be bulked up if I felt satisfied by the end. But I'll think about doing another playthrough. I don't make a new looking character, though. I have a vision of what my Shepard looks like and I stick to it. Kind of weird how the voice then matches your Shep and not the standard looking one.
