I found it impossible (Search Engine/Wikis') to find when you could offer the solution mentioned in thread title to Bella.

I had done this on my first run (long time ago) and was puzzled when it wasn't option after the quest A Village Under Siege.

The thing is, which isn't clearly mentioned anywhere, that you must save the village and resolve the issue in castle to the point that you will next going after the Urn (Brother Genetivi). This is the earliest point (to my knowledge) when you can choose dialogue options (I think I made a promise option) that will direct Bella to Bann Teagan's service.

I've never been able to get the card. I was told to speak to Bella before talking to Lloyd. Encourage her to go into business for herself, not put up with Lloyd's crap. Give her the cash to leave. You're supposed to get the card later saying she opened a tavern in Denerim and meets Teagan. But when I did it, my epilogue slides bugged and I never saw it. It may be you need to make sure your warden is chancellor as well, since being chancellor triggers Eamon to return to Redcliffe, and if he stays in Denerim Teagan takes over at Redcliffe.

Personally I prefer having Bella take over the tavern in Redcliffe and getting the slide for that one about people telling legends of the warden at the renamed "Grey Warden's Rest".  That way I can 'headcanon' Teagan meets her later (if he is the new arl), though that's not technically how it's supposed to work out.

IIRC I did it same way long ago -> Give 5 Gold for Kaitlyn and Bevin, Get Bella to be maid for the Bann and this results to my memory that Bella and Teagan get married. I don't remember does it tell anything about Kaitlyn and Bevin this way. And I save Eamon, Isolde and Connor.

This results also to humorous codex entry where Isolde supposedly gave her life to purge Connor of the demon. In reality I used the Circle of Magi and all three are alive (well Eamon comatose for awhile) and well. Jowan is left in cell waiting for Eamons recovery.

I will update the thread when I have seen the Epilogue.

Uuh-oh. So the Epilogue. Well it went somewhat odd. For one thing Arl Eamon said He will stay to help Alistair (Alistair and Anora rule jointly). In Epilogue he returns to Redcliff and nothing is said about Kaitlyn/Bevin (gave 5 sovereigns) or Bella (maid for Bann Teagan).

Plus nothing is said about Zevran who was to supposed to Join Warden and Leliana for their travels. Oh well. Otherwise everything was described correctly.

The Epilogue slides are very glitchy. Some slides that shouldn't appear do and slides that should appear don't. The only way I got both Kaitlyn & Bella slides to appear was.

Bella: Give her 5 sovereigns.
Kaitlyn: Give the Sword back once the battle is over.

Yeh, the slideshow has issues. For some reason, in a particular circumstance it was tied to Kaitlyn's epilogue, though I don't remember all the exact issues as it's been a couple of years since I looked at it. I do remember that if you give Kaitlyn the money at the wrong time in the vanilla game, the flag does not get set properly, and you will get neither epilogue because they're tied together in a strange way (it obviously was not meant to do so).

Bella as maid for Teagan will never get mentioned anyway. The only way you'll hear about her is if she runs the tavern.

Other option is of course, that when I played the game first time couple years ago and read tips for quests, some forum had incorrect information and my demented mind has warped it somewhat

Bella will never marry Teagen. Only Kaitlyn will marry Teagen if she moves to Denerim.

I personally go with giving Bella the Tavern & give Kaitlyn enough money to move to Denerim.

I would like to : 1. Bella owns the Redcliff's Tavern and 2. Kaitlyn is married to Bann Teagan. What to do?

Bella seems to only get an slide if you give her money to move to Denerim. What you aparently needs to do is: Give money to Kaitlyn in exchange for the sword BEFORE the battle of Redcliffe and once the fight is done, talk to Bella and give her 5 gold to help her start her own business. This trigger 2 slides, one with Kaitlyn opening an business in Denerim and marrying Teagan, and other with Bella opening an brewery.

Okay, this is going to get complicated, so strap yourself in...

In theory their slides should work like this:

Kaitlyn:

- If you give Bevin back the sword, he becomes a great adventurer (note there is a bug which means the sword doesn't actually disappear from your inventory, so you still actually get to keep the sword too. But this does set the plot flag)
- If you give Kaitlyn money for the sword (5g), she moves to Denerim, opens a foundary and marries Teagan.
- No slide if the above conditions are not met


Bella:

- If you give her money, she will leave and set up her own brewery in Denerim
- If Lloyd dies in the Attack by Nightfall, then she will inherit the Redcliffe Tavern, and even name it in your honour.
- No slide if the above conditions are not met.

However, due to incorrectly set flags, there are a number of issues.

1) Bella's slide is dependent on Kaitlyn's slide for some reason. If you give Bevin the sword back then Bella's slide will not trigger. If you give Kaitlyn money, (or she has no slide) then Bella's will trigger normally.
2) To give Bella money, you must give it to her before the battle and not after.
3) For Bella to leave for Denerim, Llyod must not fight in the battle (not confirmed)

Now, the easiest way to tackle this is, if you are on PC, on download this mod which fixes the problems (and an awful lot more besides). It's basically a godsend.

Otherwise, you'll have to do the following to get the ending you want:

1) Give Kaitlyn money for the sword (5 g). Do this before the battle, not after.
2) Lloyd must fight and die in the battle (it's fairly easy - for such a coward he seems pretty eager to hurl himself at several dangerous enemies at once as soon as combat begins)

And voila.
