when I run the game  and go to DLC  all the DlC I already have is there but RTO is not there.
I go to the web site and try to get it there and it keeps trying to make me buy points even tho I have like 1400 points

Lol @ Sloth. Just in case the OP is immune to sarcasm, I'll say it clearly. Only the 360 version has been released so far. The PC version should be out later today.

It's going to be difficult to know what the situation is overall. There seems to be a huge traffic tie-up somewhere on site, with countless odd glitches showing up for the past two and a half hours. Not everyone is seeing the same things when they visit some of the pages. My own "new updates" flag keeps popping in and out with the notice from fairly early this morning about a new PM, as if I had not yet read it . . among other anomalies.

For instance, right at this minute, the second page of the Tech Discussion Forum's index has very old threads, such as this one, seven hours since I posted the above.  Within the past hour, Chris priestley edited his announcement.  He added something to reassure the PS3 folks.  He did not change the "today" part of the PC release information, as if it still will happen today.

I've just gotten the message "wrong post" when attempting to edit my reply above.  The announcement from Chris has been locked, the 360 DLC is being withdrawn, and there is now no current word about either PC or PS3 versions.
