Apparently if you have a playtrough where the hero of ferelden had a threesome with isabela and alistair then ascended the throne, Isabela will comment about being able to brag about sleeping with the king and queen of ferelden.
Does anyone know where this shows up?

Not really sure, but the first time you meet Isabela she says something like "I also MET the hero of ferelden, if you know what I mean", or probably if you take her with you to meet Alistair, although I haven't checked out that dialogue myself.
