No really, is this really a glitch or an outright hack? I have not heard of this affecting anything before the retaliation DLC.Star fury wrote...
N7-Link, tell us one thing, which you never answered properly. Why did you assign all illegal points on your fury? You're not a newbie, you frequent bsn, you know about this glitch.

Also, some people say that it doesn't make difference to have more points, well let me tell you that yes, it makes difference when you are a high skilled player.

How is this irrelevant? Did he ever put you into a disadvantage because of this cheating? Did his cheating ever harm you? Why're you acting like this...

I know one guy who's glad Link's escapades are eating up the entire BSN news cycle. Or am I the only one who read the Plat Solo HOF thread that started this all?

Link can be cheating and, if he put his manifest public, he will reset all his characters with a restart card before show us his powers build. That way there is no way to know if he is glitching or not. Only Bioware can know this info.Deerber wrote...

The difference is completely negligeable. Not that this makes cheating less of an offense.

Wait, is this about him using a 6/6/6/6/6 on his Fury? Because that's, to my knowledge, impossible. I was under the impression it only worked with Retaliation/Reckoning characters.
Uh oh. Now that you mention it, wasn't Fury an Earth character? My Earth Characters have never had that bug. I get it all the time, and I just fix it. I hate having the extra points on my Power tree (and the stupid little arrow for the unspent points) so I just get rid of them.
But Earth Characters? That's not a "glitch", that's... something else.

Alright, alright. So you're saying you're a Bioware employee aaaand its your duty to ban Link. Oh it's not your duty, it's your right! :TheMoreYouKnow:Qui-Gon Glenn wrote...
We keep records here on the BSN. We do things like soloing in a co-op game, and keep records and compare scores as a way of measuring ourselves against the rest. Without integrity and some sort of code, such metrics are meaningless and those of us interested in knowing where we "stand" in terms of comparative skill do actually get "harmed" by this.
Also, what part of "bannable offense" do you not understand? You are coming off as a Link fanboi.

Well I think that having more fitness in a character would allow me to play more reckless, that can easily cut 30 seconds of a wave considering that I have max damage output + fitness + all the powers maxed.
I haven't run with 6/6/6/6/6 but I know how I play, if you give me a Krogan Sentinel with 6/6/6/6/6 I would be able to make a noticeable difference.
Let's say 30 seconds per wave ( i bet it would be more )
30*10 = 300/60 = 5, 5 minutes just cutting an average of 30 seconds per wave. of course, this is just an example.

Throw disabled sync kills on top of that and you are looking at a 100% success rate.

Edit: Oh, you meant Jay. Well the evidence is kinda he is guilty because he was banned for cheating on another game, so I guess that puts him in the Lance Armstrong Hall as well.

i think accusing/calling someone out for cheating on a public forum because they were banned for an unknown offense in another game is a serious douchebag move.
no surprise tho, really

And obviously he has done a lot of stuff that you haven't done yet, and he has uploaded a video with a legit build so you can now compare your e-peen to him.
Done yet?

He already has a video with a legit build, why don't you emulate your experiences with that? I'll buy the popcornryoldschool wrote...
dude, you don't get it. When you cheat it invalidates anything you do. The main value I get out of watching ME3 videos is trying to emulate the gameplay, but if its based on an illegal build then my time was just wasted. Cheaters never think they will get caught, but they are giving up any respect that they might otherwise deserve.
