Only the Turian Sentinel (due to losing either rediculous tanking capabilities and rediculous damage output, granted he's still tanky or puts out alot of damage but really he'd only become that much better without having to make that choice), Adepts, Engineer (due to notoriously low survivability on the field) and Melee Builds really benefit from having 6/6/6/6/6. Nothing else truly benefits from taking that bonus power. A TSol with Proxy, Conc and Marksman actually proves counter productive as there's too many powers sharing a cooldown A Volus with Fitness is hiarious just thinking about it.... A Kroguard specced into Carnage is not an upgrade from a Carnageless Kroguard.

Cabal, maybe EdiBot (I want to try the melee build, but not interested enough to give up any power).

Basically, my answer would most likely end up being a melee character, as you can often sacrifice Fitness for offensive powers.
