I beat it relatively easily by taking Ashley and Samara (my shep was an Adept) on the Blasteroid map and holding up in the structure on the bottom left corner of the map. The only ones that were any real threat were Vanguards but as long as you were able to survive their nova they'd be gunned down quickly.

If you have the weapon pack that features the Typhoon give that to any squadmate who can use AR's then set them in a good vantage point to cover you. The Mirrors almost exclusively target the player so your squad should be built around dealing as much damage as possible.

I'll try this..Thanks.
I play as an Infilitrator. It's frustrating how they still target me even when I'm cloaked.

Garrus removed their shields, Wrex damaged their armor, and I pelted them with incendiary fire before they got close. I also use Defense Matrix a lot, as it gives you more shield capacity and can regenerate it to full if it goes down, an ability any class can get in the Normandy med bay.

I used the Armax classic map. I think that's what it was called anyway.
ah, yes. i believe that's the most important part. You get gang raped if they get in close, and classic is the biggest and most open map.

Garrus to take off their shields wrex to send him in and make fire explosions.
And in the Fatal Error map, I couldn't do it in any other.
(I was a soldier and sometimes use grenades, and the last kill was with the harrier taht I used for hte first time during the fight. Most of it was talon and recovering shields, sometimes medigel)

Oh, and I used Fatal Errors map, for no other reason than I went right into this battle immediately after the fight that introduced that map, so went with what I had just become familiar with.

Barring that, I'd just say take your time and aim for the head. Most of them are pretty dangerous up close.

I play as a Sentinel so the challenge was fun. (Hardcore/Insanity) Sentinel Shep with Liara,Samara, and or Javik.
I kill shields and they blow off biotic explosions. Lancer and M-11 X. I also had a few of the bonuses equipped. More enemy shields, damage etc. No ammo pickups etc. I think the only two I left off were no medi-gel and +player damage. My first attempt was on the second map that is already unlocked. Prime Evil is a good map.
As an Infiltrator you can use your squad mates to set up and detonate Biotic explosions off of each other. Liara,Samara etc can detonate Javik's Dark Channel. Samara's Throw can detonate Liara's Warp. etc, plus what others have suggested.

To be honest I couldn't even pass on Normal. (I'm ashamed. I'm no Spectre!) lol
It's OK. I play the games on Casual. I'm not good at the twitchy games, never have been. It's all about the story and role playing for me.

Vega and Garrus both wielding the Adas Anti-synthetic rifles....
The knockback effect and the damage it does in both their hands combined with incidenary ammo (me as an infiltrator)?
Easy even on insanity....

P.S. with BW equip thermal scope because that lowers the zoom and makes headshots easier.
