Even if I was a renegade I would still heal the scars, I don't want to look like I'm about to erupt like a volcano or something with all the red lights coming out of my face

I ended up fixing the scars in ME2 so I missed that part even though my Shepard was renegade. The scars I could've lived with, but those glowing terminator eye were just too much. Every scene ended up feeling like bad comedy even if it wasn't ment like that.
