Yeah...even though I never romance her...I believe she is probably the best looking character in the game.

Jack's face is realy gorgeous in 3. In 2, I couldn't see past the hair. But they really did something with her in 3.  I'm not attracted to tattoos, but her development as a person really does something. I don't think I'll ever go through a romance with her because I'm really not into the bad girl/boy thing. But I get what you're saying. Also, I'd like to say that it's amazing to see guys who are confident enough in themselves that they can admit that they romanced male companions because it seemed interesting. I totally respect that and find it commendable.

And yeah, Traynor is really attractive too. She's so damned cute that she's problematic. Ah, well.

Definitely one of the first guys I've met though that romanced Alistair and admits to finding it to be well done. I'm definitely a sucker for the Alistair types. If it helps any.. in my opinion, Kaidan is very much an Alistair type. A bit more reserved.. but still! Or maybe the overt humour is the missing component. Oh well.

I must say that Kaidan did get more interesting in ME3. I'm not sure if I see a LI in him, but I might give him a chance someday. Alistair's sense of humour was certainly a plus and it acted as a nice counterweight to his more romantic side, which I'll admit made me cringe somewhat when it became a little bit too much. Luckily he seemed aware of that himself too. I can see why his fans would be into that, though, haha. I've noticed Alistair can be very smooth when he wants to be...

And thanks! I never really got why people are so reluctant to romance someone of the same sex, especially when their player characters are of the opposite sex. But I guess it helps that I don't see myself as the main character. It's like I'm writing a book; I tell my characters what to think, what to do and how to experience and interact with the world around them, but I never become them. So when I'm a female Warden romancing Alistair or a female Shepard romancing Garrus, or even when I would play as MaleShep and romance Cortez or Kaidan, I just see two people in love with each other. What's not to like about that?

And that, my friend, is a wonderful way to look at it. :D

Faith in humanity restored!

Kaidan, because he was my only option when I decided I wasn't going to be someone's 'dead husband rebound.'

I don't find him interesting in the least, and he doesn't have much content to speak of, but he's all I got.

Yeah.. jumping on Cortez like.. RIGHT after he comes to grips with his mourning seems really creepish of Shepard too. I thought they were really sweet with the Citadel stuff I looked up on youtube, but there's no way I could do it, regardless.

I wanted to romance Tali from the first game. Felt she had the most interesting stuff to talk about, and the most topical considering quarian history with the geth. As well as the fact that Liara was shy as hell to the point where I didn't bother talking to her, and Ashley was a racist xenophobe. So glad bioware put the Virmire mission in.

Second game I was ecstatic when I found out you could romance her. She didn't have the strongest introduction mission. Not as weak as Kasumi or Zaeeds (granted they were DLC) but definitely not as strong as Thane's or Legions. Loved her loyalty mission, always liked the idea of going to the Migrant Fleet and was genuinely emotional when she found out the Alerei crews ultimate fate. (Side note - the quarian admirals are dicks, loved punching Han'Gerrel in ME3). Anyway. After that she becomes such a sweetheard, especially if you play the Shadow Broker DLC and read the stuff she downloads from the extranet. (The implications about Miranda are a bit.... Questionable, she always did rub me the wrong way). Hence my ultimate decision to romance her.

Mass Effect 3 I LOVED the romance. I really think Bioware pulled out the stops for the Tali romance more than the rest of the romances (Jacks and Mirandas were pitiful in my opinion). I felt the romance with her was so well done, almost like Bioware knew about all these Talimancers (In spite of this post I am not much of a Talimancer, my favourite character is still Joker/EDI/Legion) and planned the Tali romance to be excellent to satiate them. Particularly when about to take down that reaper before the Quarian Vs Geth choice.

Now to what I hated about it... That ****ing picture. Yeah.. You get some IGN whoever to voice one of the characters but you couldn't get an original picture for Talis face. The picture itself isn't bad, its the knowledge that it is a doctored photo from the internet. I admit though, no matter what they made her look like, or what they did with her, some people would've hated it, and some would've loved it.

Overall. Tali's the best romance choice.
