 Was just listening to some of the Citadel soundtrack, and wanted to listen to Vigil to compare it to Liara's theme, got me remembering how Vigil would remind me of music from Cosmos as it was something I'd watched right before playing ME1. It's also interesting to find out the same group who did that music was an inspiration for the music of Me1, I'd just googled that a moment ago and found it out, so that kinda explains it.

Does anyone else have any interesting associations?

I still find my self humming the original Legend of Zelda theme after the "Press start" tone sounds when starting up ME3. 

I also enjoyed how I'd be playing ME and then go watch an episode of How the Universe Works only to find the episode about something I'd just come across in game.
