What's your Armax Arena Score?

I'm currently scoring 8500 to 9000 every match using -10% from increased player damage. I'm playing against Geth super elites on the spin zone map with Wrex and Grunt as squadmates.
Since I'm only farming gold tokens right now, my goal is to score over 6000 with as little muss and fuss as possible. For those trying to get high scores, the trick is to buy the "elites" package with a silver token, then fight elites to score over 6000 and buy super elites with a gold token. From then on gold tokens are easy.

As long as you have selected teammates, the weapons bench will show the teammates and just use the arrows on the bottom left to move through the characters...

Pick two Krogans, give them your best weapons, super-elite, Geth (no sync kills) .
Did Collector's super-elite and Grunt had his Brains sucked out by a praetorian.
I was like "wtf?" ;-)

it doesn't show the actual amount in the scoreboard, but you can see it every time after a match or where your personal stats are.

The score board doesn't go any higher than that, but the summary screen will show you the score that you actually made.
And I agree that Pain Train did indeed earn it name. Especially against things like Reaper Elites.

Best one is double Krogan with Krogan guns versus Cerberus Super-Elites. Cerberus's elite forces are the weakest of them all. Their most dangerous unit is the Dragoon. The Atlas is so big and slow, a shotgun at range will still hit it.

Over 10k. I'm not really a fan of the Armax Arena and mostly am just doing it for the unlocked achievements and a Vanguard playthrough is as good as any. My frustrations are coupled with the necessary breaks, something in the design between the enemy spawn points and just something underneath it are making my head hurt so I have to take an hour between sections for this (I get migraines which are triggered- although the worst game is sections of Portal 2). I'm tempted just to turn the difficulty down to Narrative to get through 'Unusual Scores' as quickly as possible.
But I unlocked the +9999 when I did a Mirror Match with no ammo clips. I find the easiest Elites to be the Reapers and that's an essential unlock, that and no ammo- a bit of a cheat when there's a Lancer to switch to.

The Citadel DLC... this thing is buggy and its really too bad that BW cut support for ME3 right after its release. There's the Krogan Bug. Two Krogan's in the AA Arena can be absolutely useless and just stand there. Once you get this, no Krogan is worth anything unless you uninstall and reinstall the DLC. Your save game is also trashed. Another great bug is the Lancer + no ammo bug. If you run the Lancer to overheating with no ammo, the Lancer will not recharge.... ever... making the Lancer a piece of crap. Then there's the ME3 Garrus stands and dies bug making Garrus a useless squadmate. This is fixed by never using Garrus and using Javik instead. Others have had the Liara always dies bug. I think on one mission I went through 7 med packs reviving Garrus. Garrus take cover and keep your head down.

The first time? 9,937. Then I had to walk back home past that stupid Vorcha playing three card monty outside and hear him say "Awww! Too bad, you lose!"

Over 9,000.
If only I cared to put in the time and effort, I'd have a gif of Garrus crushing his visor like Vegeta's scouter. Heck they even wear them on the same side!

They're not ridiculously high.
What you do is, you go into the match with all the handicaps enabled, and against any super-elite. I like Reapers, with an adept they're trivially easy. Especially if you bring Grunt or Vega along and give them squad explosive incendiary ammo. Take rapid firing weapons on all characters.
With this kind of setup, Pain Train is the best map as just about all the enemies will be in the middle of a storm of explosions just from the gunfire.
The highest possible scoring opportunity is only available once, during the glitch mission. If you enable all the handicaps. The reason for this is the score setting is super-elite, there's four or five waves of enemies instead of just three, and there is the whole mixed bag. It's like Multiplayer Platinum - Lite.
